We stayed here for one night. Our stay was flawless. The room had air conditioning, hot water in the shower, a delicious breakfast, and excellent staff.

The cleaning staff is Missing in action. The normal stuff is missing. Lamps none. light switches in strange places. Wooden floors with zero mats! Hanging hooks in the bathroom None. Great door locks !

I’ve stayed here multiple times and find it to be excellent value for money. The location is very convenient — the metro is only a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff are also really helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience.

It’s not a 5-star hotel, so don’t expect luxury facilities, but if you’re after a clean, safe, and comfortable place to sleep while visiting Santiago, I’d happily recommend it.

Breakfast is included and works on a “lucky dip” style, meaning you don’t get to choose specific items, but it does the job. There’s no parking available, but with the metro so close, getting around the city is very easy.

Firstly, the room conditions were very poor. The bathroom didn't seem very clean and there was no separate shower and toilet area. There wasn't even a blanket on the bed, only a thin one. It was also very cold at night with the air conditioning on.

Aside from the somewhat basic bedding—no blankets, and a very simple breakfast—everything else was really comfortable. Especially the small lounge downstairs, with coffee, tea, a microwave, and a kettle—completely self-service…it was quite nice. I've really fallen in love with this little hotel.

Everything was great for the price, for sure! I liked everything. It wasn't flashy or fancy, but it was decent. It was loud, and the shower took some getting used to, but the water was hot! Overall, the price/quality matched what was advertised.

This is a good choice for business travelers who aren't too picky, and the price is reasonable.

Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Just give your room number and the staff will prepare it and bring it to you. It usually consists of sandwiches, some fruit, yogurt, and custard. Coffee powder, hot water, and orange juice are also provided.

The front desk staff are friendly and polite, and basic English is no problem. If needed, you can use WhatsApp or Google Translate.

The hotel's exterior is unassuming, but its location in Providencia is good, close to the metro station, about a 15-minute walk.

The nearest attraction, Cerro San Cristóbal, is about a 10-minute walk, or about a 50-minute hike to the top of the hill, offering panoramic views of Santiago. There are also paid bus and cable car options if you don't want to hike.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an inconvenient location on a small hard to find street near the university. But there is a nice outdoor mall with small tourist shops and a lot of restaurants across the street. Unfortunately, it is hidden from the street, so if you do not know it is there, you could miss it..
Difficult to get to city centre.
