The hotel's outdoor breakfast is a bit cold but there are many people. Needless to say, the environment is very good. I like the gym very much.

The hotel is big, the breakfast is rich, the room is clean and tidy, and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the hotel entrance. I felt good after staying there for a week and will come again next time.

The hotel and service was great but it felt a bit dated like I was a year or two out from an upgrade. This was particularly prominent in the bathrooms which could have done with a refresh. Apart from that I cannot fault the hotel or its staff and would stay here again.

The reception staffs really need to be re-trained to be more friendly in their behaviour to foreigners. To me, they seems to be to "aloof" to be in the hospitality business.

The hotel is always correct in every way. The problem is the booking platform. They canceled my reservation without notifying me. I arrive at the hotel and they inform me that the reservation was cancelled. Luckily, the hotel staff is friendly and aware of the situation and respected the reservation as it was made. I would hesitate to make another family reservation on trip.com

Very good staff service, they are always paying attention to what you need and are quick to do the things you need. The food is excellent and the Hotel's location y very convenient, a mall right next to it, and a lot of accessibility to other places. Good room, great location, a bit complicated to find loby and parking, there are few signs, and nothing on the street or first floor pertaining to the hotel. Elevator floor numbers do not match actual floor numbers.

For the price you pay, breakfast should be included. The accommodations are very good, however, our pillow was very hard, at checkout we found out that they could be changed, so if you need something ask at reception. I would stay again, but with less enthusiasm.

The W is known for its high quality and the W Santiago lives up to this excellence. I wish I could live there! The room was beautiful and romantic, the roof deck was great for a late drink, the breakfast was excellent as is the dining area. Even the food at 3 am was top quality. The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here

Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am. Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious . I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Excellent option for three days in Santiago. Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

We had two great visits at the Singular Hotel before and after we visited Patagonia. The Hotel is an very old school luxurious and the staff pays attention to details. After we left for the first time our son managed to forget an envelope with 500,00€ in his room. The staff actually returned the envelope. Probably the most honest staff in the world?

Really enjoyed my brief stay here at The Singular in Santiago, Chile. Lastarria is a wonderful neighborhood with a European feeling. For what it's worth there are a lot of cafes nearby, so for those that need a Cortado you are in a good place! The bar is also nice, even for those that do not drink.
