Santiago, Av. Sta. María 1742 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is pretty good, right behind Notre Dame Hill. The room is spacious and the decor is decent, though a bit dated. Breakfast is quite basic. Housekeeping service is almost non-existent, and there are no toothbrushes or scales in the room.
Absolutely outstanding service! Booked a basic room and received a beautiful view room overlooking the pool, the city and the Andes Mountains. Located out of the crazy busy city center against the mountains. Beautiful grounds, safe and Secure. Did I mention the service level exceeded all expectations. Multiple bars and restaurants. Ask for Luis!
The front desk was busy, the location was convenient, there was a drinking fountain on the first floor, the hotel was generally nice and well-maintained, and it was comfortable overall, especially with the mountain view at the back.
Loved the location. Was in the beautiful Providencia barriou surrounded by trees and vegetation. We found the area to be very walkable. Didn't take an Uber any of the 4 days we were there. Seemed very safe. 51 year old female, went on a 5 mile loop jog by myself and it was wonderdul. Felt very secure. Loved the pool. One of the few hotels with a large outside pool area. Although the pool was freezing...
We got a beautiful room at the 14th floor which looked out to a part of the city. It was a beautiful hotel. The breakfast line is long and I personally found the offerings just the usual. Otherwise, a good stay in Santiago.
The sauna and steam bath lol area is completely neglected, kknnnn

Great hotel with very good staff
What a nice hotel. Staff are excellent and everyone we dealt with spoke great English. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was very nice, with a half bath, full bath, bedroom with two closets, and a very large bathroom. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast is a large buffet with everything. Nando, who brought coffee was great! Well worth it!
Great location. Beautiful rooms we had a few issues but they were addressed by Maintenance. Best breakfast on our trip. Nando, our server, is delightful and eager to help. The make to order omelette was a hit too.
Room is spacious and clean. Location is great, right near a shopping mall. Lunch! OMG. Amazing. Delicious. Tons of the tastiest food I've ever eaten. Our waiters, Felipe and Manuel, were outstanding! Great service?
The staff was excellent, friendly and proactive with good English. Spacious room but not good climate control and the bathroom was tiny, with the entire floor getting soaked after a shower, including into the room. The swimming pool on the top floor is tired and not the prettiest but does the job fine. The sauna is tiny and located in the men's changing room which was a little awkward for my girlfriend...
Really enjoyed our stay at Intercontinental Santiago. The hotel's location was perfect for us : easy access, close to lots of nice neighbourhoods, great restaurants and bars in the area. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by extremely friendly and helpful staff. Throughout our stay, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff continued at the same high level, something we really appreciated...

Nice with big room, near costanera
Room is spacious and staffs are good. I found the wash rooms are bit updated and to be improved. Overall stay was good
Everything good. But the facility in the gym is too old. Hope it could be updated.
CORRECT ACCOMMODATION. FIRST DAY WITHOUT HOT WATER BUT IT WAS CORRECTED
The breakfast is very good, with a variety of options, but they are all Western food. There are also some canned fruits and other things to choose from in the morning. The location is good, it is convenient to go anywhere outside, and Uber is available at any time
Maybe the house is in short supply recently and the price has increased, but the WiFi is very bad. Several stores around are more expensive than this one but have good WiFi signals. The sound insulation is not good either.

Excellent service, a wide variety of breakfast options, and spacious rooms!
Oh dear Marriott! I know people will book because of the name but come on? If you love the 1970’s come here. The place hasn’t been refurbished in maybe 30-40 years? The rooms are so dated with “copy/paste” decor you could be in any USA hotel room from 40 years ago. Desperately needs refurbishment. Do not stay here it’s completely overpriced for the quality. I’m so disappointed as a long Marriott member...
I had an excellent experience at Marriott Santiago, and a big reason for that was the outstanding food and service. The Executive Chef, Mr. Ahumada, is truly hands-on and deeply involved in delivering a top-tier dining experience. You can genuinely feel his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The food was always fresh, perfectly prepared, and made with high-quality ingredients. Every...
I was very impressed by the service at this Marriott location. The front desk agent Roland really went out of his way to make sure my stay was great. The lounge is excellent with great food and drink options and the breakfast buffet is more than complete. I will definitely be staying there once I return to Santiago again.
The hotel is nice for one night stays during airport transfers but the restaurant is terrible, especially if you have any dietary restrictions. Even after multiple attempts of you explaining & mentioning dietary restrictions, the lousy restaurant won’t pay attention and might bring you the food which you have restricted. PATHETIC RESTAURANT & awful taste!!!
Nice hotel, great staff. Loved the lobby lounge/restaurant. Nice big park nearby if you want to take a walk or relax. A block from the shopping mall and good variety of restaurants. Nice pool area, but limited time that sun is on the pool. Disappointed that the hot tub water temperature was not hot.

Excellent value for money, spacious rooms, and a plentiful breakfast. The facilities are complete, the place is relatively clean, the environment is beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. The front desk service was just average. Worth checking out again!
The room facilities are rather old.
Very Kind Staff, Great Location and clean rooms… the only disadvantage was the small and low closet that smelled of mold, didn‘t use it for my clothing
Good stay great location very clean
The location is good! It's relatively safe! It's not far from the mall and there's a supermarket nearby! The only problem is that the breakfast is really bad.
I've stayed at Novotel and Ritz-Carlton in San Diego, but I still think this one offers the best value.

Great location in the heart of downtown, close to a large shopping center with plenty of restaurants and dining options. The area feels safe and convenient, making it easy to get around. Excellent value for money considering the prime location
DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago is a great place to stay in the Chilean capital, with an excellent location that makes it easy to enjoy the city for both business and leisure. Great location, good value for money.
I stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel on Vitacura in Santiago in January 2026. This is a great hotel located conveniently for the Metro (nearest station is less 10minutes walk) and the shopping mall. It is a nice and clean hotel. We are very impressed with the clean and the comfort and it’s in good location very convenient to go to shopping center and have a nice restaurants around. It’s highly recommend to stay in this hotel.
Liked: nice safe location, easy to get an Uber to any of the tourist area ($10usd ). Platinum and titanium members get free breakfast (my wife had the best croissant she’s ever had )and access to a concierge lounge. The lounge has nice appetizers, free coffee, wine, and beer. Here on business trip on my second occasion. Amazing service, food and vibe in all of its restaurants and bars. By the way there are at least 3 bars/restaurants and all excellent food and service. Traveled with our 4 children and stayed in two club suites. The staff was exceptionally gracious with our kids and helped us so much. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evening for dinner and a late night playground stop. The pool area was lovely. We couldn't have asked for an easier stay in Santiago.
The service was outstanding here! Jonathan at check in was so kind and helpful; Daniel at concierge desk was very helpful with my questions regarding the metro system. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The drinks were fantastic at the pool bar. Everywhere was sparkling clean, from the spa to my room. This was a great way to end my trip to Patagonia. What can one say! Excellent in every category, as one would expect for the price point/category. Location is near many of Santiago's great eateries. The decor is elegant (though the seating area in the lobby may need a touch-up of its furniture). Concierge, reception, bar and restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. Novotel Las Condes’ Mr. Jesus was pleasant and approached us when a room became available for us. A lady staff at the front desk was helpful in accessing their wifi. Their breakfast offered sufficient variety; however, only the kind of vegetables and sausages were varied from breakfast to breakfast. Their scrambled eggs don’t look...
Pet friendly. Nice staff. AC in the room doesn't work. There's no closet and you hang your clothes literally from a tube pipe next to your bed.
We were a group of 8 and we had a very enjoyable time at this property. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to a ton of restaurants. Excellent breakfast and amenities. The real stars of the hotel are the front office - I gave this a 5 star review because of Paula who did an amazing job of organizing custom excursions for our group with very little notice.
Apon arriving, make sure you get a regular, normal room that has closet, working desk and some space or stand for the suitcase. I've been in this hotel a few times and the last time I got a room so small, i had to put my suitcase on the bed.
The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was good; you could order an omelet. Filtered drinking water was available in the lobby. There was a shopping mall nearby, within walking distance. It's in the CBD, quite safe, and about a 20-minute walk from the airport.
The breakfast selection is plentiful, but the bathroom exhaust fan is very dirty, almost blocked, and frequently stops working. The air conditioner is also noisy.

I enjoyed my stay at this particular Marriott. In the States the Courtyard brand seems to be a bit behind in terms of the room appeal. Got this room near costanera center, has a kitchenette, sofa, desk separated from the bedroom, spacious and nice. Their restaurant it's great for lunch and dinner and the breakfast has plenty of options, like it.

The staff is great, location is prime. It is close to pretty much everything you'd want to see in the city with a metro station within 50 yards and a bus station literally outside the door. The condition of the property is not the best, lightning is dim and very basic.

A very comfortable and welcome recent stay in the Hotel Regal Pacific. The bedroom was well appointed, bed comfortable and shower excellent. As an early starter, breakfast was a little disorganised, but the food selection was reasonable. Dining in was compelling with a great selection of tasty local and international dishes and good table service.
This is a well-established hotel; the breakfast is decent, and the rooms are relatively newer than when I stayed there over two years ago.
Great hotel. Rooms clean and in good shape. Staff friendly
5 star hotel by its name. Staff went extra miles to ensure the comfort of our overall stay. Thank you Alexandra and Filipe for their help. I enjoyed the welcome drinks and the breakfast offered by the restaurants.I will definitely come back to stay again.
we are so very happy with our stay at regal pacific hotel the staff were great. the restaurant was great and location great aswell , very sophisticated hotel i recommend
The hotel is fine, the rooms are fine, the only problem is the facilities: an old-fashioned reception, a small pool, and a small, disorganized gym. The restaurant is fine, although it could have been more lively; the best thing is the staff. The hotel claims to be 5-star, but it's actually 4. The price-quality ratio is still okay.
