Novapark in Santiago

We had a four-night stay in a twin room with my brother-in-law. The room was clean and spacious enough for two, and it was serviced daily.
Breakfast was decent, with a few good options to choose from. The kitchen staff were friendly and refilled our water bottles without hesitation.
The front desk team provided outstanding service throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Diego Parra for generously lending me his personal mobile phone, twice, so I could contact my bank when my debit card was blocked. I can’t thank you enough.

Stay for 2 nights from Christmas Day.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable and it is really convenient in terms of walking distance to many places, parks, walls, f&b. Many eating options around even when you are feeling lazy. The hotel itself, I will say it is just basic. I don't think it is bad for the affordability. I stayed in a twin single room. Was there with my teenage son. Air-conditioning was working well. Bed was neat and clean. Lighting was good. However, there wasn't drinking water provided, no kettle for boiling water, very basic shower necessities too (body/hand soap + shampoo/conditioner soap) so if you have sensitive skin or brittle hair, bring your own will be my suggestion. The fact that there wasn't drinking water provided in the room, yet at breakfast we were not allowed to fill our water bottles makes me upset. It did feel like the room was just provided for you to sleep and shower and go out. I did not explore more of what the hotel had in terms of recreation but it didn't bother me. Internet was working fine too. I could stream movies on the television and it wasn't lagging so it was good. So in general, if you are looking for a place that is affordable and clean. I think this can be a good option.

Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the service.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We had a nice stay. The rooms are well-equipped, and a smart TV is available. The hotel is centrally located in the city, making many places easily reachable on foot or by taxi. We do not recommend the food at the attached restaurant,it was not good.

Hotel Novapark is in a great location with walking distance to many of neighborhoods, some with good restaurants.

The breakfast buffet had variety. Fruit, cereal, eggs, cheese and multiple types of bread.

Our room faced the inside atrium. This was not ideal. We heard all the happenings of the lobby. Our sleep was very impeded and had very little natural light to be buoyed to get up!

The front desk staff are courteous and helpful.

I recommend Hotel Novapark, however, preferably with a room that has natural lighting.

The hotel is new, the room was clean and very quiet. The location makes it easy to visit Santiago on foot. Breakfast was adequate, served in a very noisy room. Good value for money.

Lovely room and most staff very friendly. Bed was comfy and shower was amazing. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety.
The only downfall was the internet connection was sporadic. Also, they refused to fill a water bottle before we left which was rather disappointing.

Everything is fine, the hotel is cozy and new. There is no water in the room.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It is very clean, and the reception staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The staff was nice and helpful. It is very close to the city center, but the room is relatively small. Overall it was tidy and nice.
