I went to Gucun Park to see the cherry blossoms and stayed at the Aixiang Hotel. I left a piece of clothing behind and the front desk lady helped me pick it up and called to remind me. The hygienic environment is very satisfactory. I never comment and will never step into the pit when staying here.

Cleanliness: The room was extremely unhygienic. The bathroom door handle and sill were covered in water stains, and the toilet seat had unidentified yellow stains. It was disgusting. The mirror was also covered in water stains, making it difficult to see clearly.

Service: The front desk was okay.

Area: A bit far from the subway station

There is a parking lot at the door, very close to Tianjie, and there are many restaurants at the door.

The business king room I booked was completely different from the online pictures; the space was incredibly cramped.

The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. When I spoke to them, they ignored me. I was speechless. What should I do?

I'm changing hotels immediately.

I came to Gucun with my friends to see the cherry blossoms. I saw that this hotel is very cost-effective, so we came to try it out. We were not disappointed. You can see the cherry blossoms in the lobby. It is beautiful and the supporting facilities are also very good, including a robot, a microwave, and a washing machine. . . . The parking spaces at the door are also good. Although there are not many spaces, they are available if you come early. It is convenient and free of charge. The room saves the atmosphere and is very refreshing. The hygiene is very good at first glance, and they are all outside windows. The price/performance ratio is highly recommended.
