The Drama Hotel in Shanghai

Beautiful and interesting themed hotel. Room is amazing. There is no view outside but inside is very appealing. Breakfast is served in room and it is delicious.

Breakfast was very convenient as it could be delivered straight to the room.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. The front desk lady was very quick with check-in, and they even deliver takeout and packages right to your room, which is incredibly thoughtful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

My wife and I stayed here for just one night as a romantic getaway. The room was beautiful, the hotel was very eclectic and fun, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The breakfast was also delicious.

The facilities are new, clean, and comfortable, and the shower water temperature and pressure are just right. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they even offered a thoughtful cup of tea. The late-night porridge was a warm and comforting touch, and receiving a pre-arrival welcome SMS after booking was also very thoughtful. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it!

The hotel has an excellent location, unique decor, and attentive service. However, the lighting in the room was dim and some light switches weren't working.

I stayed at TheDrama Designer Hotel for the past two days. Tucked away in winding red-brick alleys, this hotel is a hidden gem. Behind its red door lies a space brimming with theatrical elements: red velvet curtains, white masks, and ancient-looking papers with lines of dialogue pasted on room doors, with each room named after an English word from those lines. In the late-night congee spot, steamed dumplings, hot congee, and siu mai emit white steam, and the exquisite side dishes on the white tablecloth are so invitingly colorful. Accompanied by ethereal music, you can enjoy a complimentary self-service late-night snack. Breakfast is freshly prepared per person, with four delicious and delicately crafted options; the fries, in particular, are incredibly crispy! There's also a fun little activity: each room has a hidden card, and finding it entitles you to a complimentary bottle of red wine, delivered to your room by a handsome waiter~ The service attitude is superb! I love hotels like this~
