The hotel's facilities are new, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The staff are polite and attentive, and the high floors offer great views. It's a very suitable place to stay for both business and leisure trips.

This is my first negative hotel review, and it goes to Pullman Fuzhou Taihe.

If you're particular about the environment, especially traveling with seniors, children, or if you're sensitive to smoke, I strongly advise you to reconsider this hotel.

1. On the non-smoking floors, I found cigarette butt receptacles in common areas, and they actually contained cigarette butts (see picture). When I reported this to the front desk and the duty manager, their response essentially boiled down to: the hotel can't control guests smoking, and there's nothing they can do if guests choose to smoke.
2. People were smoking in the hotel lobby, and no staff member intervened.
3. The air conditioning in the room was as loud as a tractor (see video).
4. Every time I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor (similar to body odor). I'm unsure if it's an ventilation issue or a sewer smell backing up.
5. The TV resolution was poor, and screen casting wasn't available.

As an international five-star hotel, this is simply unacceptable. While outdated hardware can be understood, unprofessional service, disregard for customer feedback, and a failure to promptly address issues (problems #4-5 have been mentioned in previous reviews) demonstrate sheer arrogance towards guests. With such an attitude serving Chinese customers, I'd say they should cherish their business while it lasts.

Five-star rating! Pullman Fuzhou Taihe is excellent in every aspect. It boasts a prime location, close to the commercial district, making travel very convenient. The service attitude is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel's swimming pool and gym facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall, the experience was fantastic, highly recommended!

Highly recommended! The rooms are clean and modern, and the hygiene is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and check-in was very quick. The location is superb, making it easy to get around, and it's right next to a large shopping district with plenty of shops and great food options. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Overall, a very satisfying experience. The hygiene was meticulous, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The floor attendant was quick with deliveries, and their attitude was warm and friendly. Seeing that I checked in quite late at night, they even helped me with a late check-out. The hotel is also conveniently located near large shopping malls and a subway station, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended.

It's the tail end of summer vacation, so I brought my kids to Fuzhou and stayed at the Pullman. It was really good, the quality was excellent. Plus, it's right next to Taihe Plaza, which has all sorts of facilities, very convenient!

The hotel's location is super convenient! The main store of Zhufugui Seafood Hotpot is right next door, and Wanda Plaza is close by for anything you might need. You can take a direct bus to Sanfang Qixiang and Shangxiahang Historical Scenic Area. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offered complimentary iced jelly (bingfen) in the lobby during the summer to help guests cool down. This hotel is an excellent choice for both business trips and family vacations. Highly recommended! 👍👍

First, let's talk about the negatives. The concierge service was really poor. They watched me struggle to load heavy luggage into my car without offering any help. Second, I appreciate the hotel allowing me a late checkout until 2 PM, but then a staff member swiped into my room around 1:40-1:50 PM. Luckily, I was dressed. Third, the windows are advertised as 'permanently sealed,' but when it rained, I noticed they weren't soundproof at all, and then I realized I could just pull them open. So what's the point of saying they're sealed? Plus, being on the 19th floor with no protective bars outside poses a safety hazard, especially for those with children.

As for the positives, the room layout is good, and the hotel's location is excellent with a nice view. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a great touch, and the basic amenities are decent. There's a Zhu Fugui (restaurant?) and a shopping mall nearby. Otherwise, everything else is up to Pullman's usual standards. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were all very good.

The room was very clean, the location was great, and it was well-equipped. The highlight was the breakfast; there was a wide variety and it was delicious, especially the crispy desserts. I'd definitely choose this hotel again just for the breakfast!
