I found this hotel the last year. I love this hotel which is well organized, clean and family-friendly! It is located in a quiet area and close to Guangzhou city. It takes only 1 hr by car.
The pool is huge and there are 3 different depths. Other two small pools are set next to the main pool. Also life-guards observed my kids playing even if there was only my group.
** family rooms are not shown on this app. I called the hotel to ask about it. They said we can make reservation for a normal room and pay extra 10yuan to switch a family room.
I strongly recommend family rooms!!!
Compared to the last year, the menu for breakfast was less but all was delicious and CLEAN!
The restaurant is luxurious. Especially, the staff was very nice and even remembered my family. 😁 The cuisine was delicious❤️

Very bad hotel. I waited for an hour at the front desk to check in. The location is remote. The room facilities are old. The bathroom seat cushion was ignored when cleaning. The breakfast was okay. When waiting to check in, I asked the front desk for a bottle of water but they didn't give it to me. There was woman's hair on the bath towel. I will never stay here again. The air conditioner is very noisy, like a tractor.

During the Qingming Festival holiday, I wanted to take my kids to relax nearby, and I was unexpectedly satisfied with this hotel! First of all, the hotel has great greenery, with golf and a horse farm attached (but we didn't participate in these two activities). There are tents on the hotel lawn, and you can also have a picnic on the lawn. Then, the hotel's service was very thoughtful. The parent-child room we booked came with afternoon tea, which was large in portion and delicious. When we left, we were given a bag of fruit, and there was also a horse feeding activity for the children. When we checked in, due to time connection issues, the handsome guy with glasses at the front desk took the initiative to make effective suggestions and actively assisted Ctrip in changing the order. He was serious and responsible, and I give him a big thumbs up! I will come back to stay when I can swim in the summer. It is very cost-effective😊

This is the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in. Except for the slightly old facilities, the service was very thoughtful and the environment was comfortable. My daughter fell in love with the horses here. After feeding the horses on the first day, she went to feed them again the next morning in the heavy rain. She was reluctant to leave and almost cried. The children's playground is just a little smaller and the facilities are more suitable for younger children. Older children and younger children are squeezed together in a small space, which can easily lead to friction. It is recommended to find another place to add climbing and jumping facilities suitable for older children, as well as children's activities such as handmade baking, which can attract more parent-child families. At the same time, the children's programs are rich enough without having to look for other programs outside.

The whole hotel is quite good, except that there was a company holding an event in the hotel, which made it very noisy at night and we couldn't fall asleep in the room. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. It is a pretty good hotel in this area.

The room theme is the children's favorite Super Wings, with a super large Jett doll, a tent and a car. The children had a great time playing~ The room is very spacious and clean. There are children's toiletries. Toys and waterproof hats are also prepared for bathing. It's very considerate~

During the National Day holiday, there were crowds everywhere. I traveled nearby to the Royal Garden Hotel for a vacation. The hotel environment was pretty good. There was afternoon tea and fruit, which was an unexpected surprise! The hotel has many parent-child activity areas. Swimming, horseback riding, tennis, art galleries, etc. are all available. Parent-child travel is highly recommended!

The view from our room was not bad. Wifi was fast. The pool was great. It was huge and had lots of slides for my baby to enjoy. Downside was the pool didn’t have a heater so it was quite cold, especially that the weather wasn’t really good. I would suggest coming here during summer. Their check out time is just right. The breakfast buffet was really good and we’re looking forward to be back. For the price we paid, the place really exceeded our expectations. Except for the part where we asked for a wine opener, they couldn’t provide it at night since they didn’t have access to their kitchen anymore because it was closed hehehe and their museum which was included in the package we paid for was closed on Sundays. Nonetheless, their service was really good. YangLiu at the front desk was very hospitable. Overall, We had a really good time here at Royal Palace hotel.
