2. The toilet flush was faulty. It sprayed water on me three times when I sat down, but then wouldn't flush when I was done, which was really disgusting (it shouldn't normally do this, so it's clearly defective).
3. The air conditioning was noisy and problematic. At 2 AM, there was a sudden explosive sound, like a bundle of rebar crashing down, which startled me awake. It was terrifying! I quickly turned off the AC. When I lay back down and was just about to fall asleep, it made another deafening sound. I was too scared to really sleep the rest of the night and felt mentally exhausted.
I originally booked this hotel thinking a chain hotel would have better facilities and security, but this was utterly infuriating!
Hygiene: Exceptionally clean.
Environment: Very quiet.
