JI Hotel in Guangzhou

Today's stay at the JI Hotel was absolutely fantastic! A special shoutout to the front desk attendant, Li, for his meticulous and attentive service—the ultimate in heartwarming! During check-in, he proactively asked about my room's orientation and floor preference. Upon learning I was traveling with an elderly family, he quickly adjusted me to a quieter room on a lower floor and meticulously noted the elevator location. He smiled throughout the entire process, patiently answering all my questions and even providing detailed directions to nearby restaurants. Upon check-out, he immediately contacted the concierge to assist with my luggage, and even thoughtfully sent me weather alerts and transportation directions after I left. This level of care, from check-in to check-out, truly made me feel at home. Li deserves a 100% thumbs-up! I'll definitely stay at the JI Hotel next time and look forward to Li's attentive service!

The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. The all-season 5.0 design is really great. I can't fault it. Because it was almost two o'clock in the morning when I checked in, I called to inquire about the check-out time. The girl was very quick and proactive to delay my check-out to two o'clock in the afternoon, which was very good. I give full marks to the design of this hotel, the comfort of the room, and the convenience of parking. However, there are also shortcomings. The room is located on the sixth floor. There are a lot of air-conditioning hosts on the terrace on the fifth floor, so the window cannot be opened because the noise is very loud, but it is quiet after closing the window, and the soundproof glass is perfect. My suggestion is that the room should be equipped with an air purifier, so that smokers will be very convenient, or the soundproof treatment of the large number of air-conditioning hosts. The second is that when I checked out, the front desk asked me to give a good review on the spot. At that time, I had to leave because I was in a hurry, so I didn't give it on the spot. I think the front desk should not ask for a good review on the grounds of delaying my check-out time by two hours, otherwise it would be an exchange. If it is an exchange, then the bargaining chip for the exchange requires my consent. Then the front desk should inform me when I called to inquire that the delay in check-out is a prerequisite for a five-star review. I understand the importance of reviews in the era of hotel OTA, but such reviews should be based on the guests' true evaluation of the hotel. Because this will not mislead future guests, and it is also a motivation for the hotel to continuously improve its services. Having said so much, I can tell you that this hotel is really good.
