Food at the Indian Restaurant was really good. Disappointed in the finishes of furniture in the hotel suite, they were quite old. But it had an amazing view and large area to stay in. It was fair price for what you get.

The hotel has a running trail, and the lobby bar offers coffee and soft drinks. Upon check-in, guests are reminded to keep windows and curtains closed due to recent mosquito activity. One of the best services is the shuttle to Baoneng for concerts, and umbrellas are also available for loan. The service is excellent and very thoughtful.

The room was bright and airy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The toiletries were of excellent quality, and the bathroom was spotless with a separate wet and dry area. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. The entire experience was pleasant and smooth.

The environment is great, and having a swimming pool makes it very convenient for families with kids. There's even a ball pit! The buffet dinner was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of dishes and very fresh seafood. The fact that they even had Hong Kong-style milk tea was a big plus for me personally.

Overall, it's quite a ways off from a 5-star standard, and the stay didn't meet 5-star expectations. There's room for improvement.

The hotel's location is great, and the facilities are comprehensive. The staff saw I had a child and proactively adjusted our room. All our requests were handled quickly, and the cleaning staff were very proactive as well. Overall, my stay was excellent.
