Located right within the Chimelong resort, it's super convenient for visiting the Zoo, International Circus, and Paradise Theme Park. Although the hotel isn't brand new, the stay was really pleasant

The hotel is conveniently located within the resort, making it super easy to get to all the different parks via the free shuttle bus

The safari park is a lot of fun, with a wide variety of animals and diverse ways to explore, such as a mini-train that takes you through, feeling a bit like a safari on the African plains, where you can watch herds of animals roam freely

There's a shuttle bus to the park, and we even got early access, which meant we could hop on the little train before the crowds arrived – an amazing experience! The animals at the Safari Park were all in great condition, and the giant pandas were especially lively

Excellent staff, we been upgraded room with birthday decorations and presents! Room can smoke but no smoking smell it was supper great. Chimelong stay 1 night is not enough have to be 2 night.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was cozy, quiet, and came with complimentary coffee and tea bags. The underground parking lot is huge and free, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the venue

Great hotel with that is modern and well equipped. Services are generally on par with international brand. Great for conference and convention as it is located right next to these facilities.

This is a classic business hotel, nothing much to add. For breakfast, you have two options: a revolving restaurant with views of the Canton Tower, or a halal restaurant. Both offer a wide variety of dishes

I'd highlight a few great points: the bathrooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean; the breakfast spread is incredibly rich (though the queue for freshly made rice noodle rolls can be quite long); Pazhou is conveniently located, not far from areas like Tianhe and Zhujiang New Town, with taxi rides costing less than 20 RMB; and the Ming Court Chinese restaurant serves delicious food

The package came with a 200 dining voucher, and Ming Court was delicious – highly recommended! However, the à la carte dishes at Hao Chu were very mediocre; I wouldn't recommend it

This hotel for me since years first Adress. It’s come into it’s years but service is still good. But evertime I stay there 2 times a year I have a discussion about 2 items free laundry per day at my room category

The hotel want to make it daily but that not possible first you came in you have nothing to laundry. The last day you can’t use because of time. So I collected 14 pieces because of 7 nights

There were so many packages that sometimes I'd forget to pick them up, and they would write a note and deliver it to my room to remind me, which was absolutely fantastic
