The environment is elegant and tidy, the facilities are complete and functional, there's plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing is excellent, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The service is warm and attentive, and it offers fantastic value for money!

The air was incredibly fresh after the rain! The hotel is comfortable and grand, and parking is super convenient! Definitely a recommended veteran hotel in Shenzhen.

This was my first time visiting Shenzhen, and I stayed at this hotel. The surrounding environment and air quality are quite good; I even enjoyed an evening stroll by the lake nearby. Upon entering, the hotel felt grand and luxurious. The front desk staff were very welcoming, even helping me with my luggage to the room and offering some complimentary cookies. The inner courtyard of the hotel was also lovely and put me in a great mood.

- The Silver Lake Hotel was the best hotel I stayed at in Shenzhen. The environment was beautiful, and the privacy was excellent. The hotel's decor had also been redesigned and was very refined.

The former was exquisite and delicious, and felt like more than the usual double set meal, exceeding my expectations. The latter was also a great experience, with a private shuttle to the golf course and attentive instruction from the instructor.

- Finally, the hotel prepared a birthday cake and longevity noodles for me, making my short birthday holiday a perfect ending to my hotel experience.

The service is very good, the room settings are good, and the environment is good. But what is surprising is that the room only provides tea bags without coffee, and the hotel does not have a swimming pool or gym. This hotel is more suitable for meetings and not for traveling. It is not convenient to go out. It is suitable for families with cars. There was construction outside during our stay. Our adults were not disturbed but the children were woken up again.

The surrounding environment is really good. There are mountains, water and lakes. It is very quiet. The room facilities are also good and the sanitary conditions are good. There are free fruits and pastries and a golf experience. I contacted the hotel and there is a car to connect to the Yinhu subway station. It is really good. !

A long-established hotel in a well-established wealthy area of Shenzhen, similar to the Government Guesthouse. It has a good location and ecological environment, and is in front of the Silver Lake Park. It has been renovated in the past few years, and the overall feel is historical but not outdated.
Market-oriented management, service concept and attitude are very good, and the golf experience is also quite valuable~
The only shortcoming is that the swimming pool was demolished and a new building is being rebuilt. I hope the new building will be designed with an outdoor infinity swimming pool. In that case, the entire hotel will be taller and taller.

What can I say if there is a poisonous snake in the room? I was so scared that I changed rooms in the middle of the night... I had agreed in advance that I wanted a room on the third floor. But I changed my room to a room on the first floor without telling me. The musty smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep all night...
