Hainan Grand Hotel in Haikou

This stay was very pleasant. The hotel environment is elegant, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and it makes people feel relaxed. The surrounding area is convenient and within walking distance to Sun Moon Plaza.
Zeng Yuling at the front desk was warm and friendly with five-star praise. The whole reception was a smiling service, which was great! ! !
Special praise for the lobby manager Xiao Lei, his service was very professional and considerate, and he gave meticulous care from check-in to check-out. Whether it was dealing with problems or providing suggestions, he always responded promptly, making people feel at home, and also gave a doll🧸
In short, this was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I strongly recommend this hotel! ! !

This is the second time I stayed in Building 2 of Hainan Guest House. The room was very clean and the view upstairs was also very good. The front desk called in advance to confirm the needs, which was very good. All aspects were good.

✨The second time I stayed at Haikou Guest House, it was still a great experience.
📍 Excellent location: The hotel is located in the central area of Guoxing CBD in Haikou City, facing the Sun Moon Plaza. It is surrounded by GDF Haikong Global Boutique Duty Free City and CDF Duty Free Shop in the city. Shopping is super convenient, and it is also close to Meilan International Airport, and the transportation is very convenient.

🏨 The hotel has complete facilities: The guest rooms are designed ingeniously, with soft overall colors, large floor-to-ceiling windows and glass viewing balconies, making the room transparent and bright, with a panoramic view of the sun and beautiful scenery. The bedding is comfortable and the mattress is soft and moderate, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The room facilities are complete, from LCD TV, mini bar to safe, etc., to meet various needs. The hotel's recreational facilities are also excellent. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are clean and spacious, the water quality is clear, and there are special people to change the water and clean it every day; there are also tennis courts, billiard rooms, fitness rooms and open-air natural hot spring SPA pools. Whether it is fitness or relaxation, you can find a good place here.

💁 Thoughtful service: From check-in to check-out at the front desk, the staff are warm and polite, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. The room service responds quickly, cleans the room every day, and prepares drinking water and toiletries thoughtfully. It makes people feel at home.

In short, Haikou Guest House is an excellent choice whether for business travel or leisure vacation. I strongly recommend it to everyone, and I believe you will fall in love with it like me after staying here.

The environment is clean, the service is polite, and they even brought me milk at night. The breakfast food is rich and varied, and there are also health teas. The check-out time is flexible, making it more convenient for guests to arrange their itinerary.

Inside the city hall compound, the second building of the guesthouse has higher specifications than the first building. The geography, facilities, services, everything are all top-notch. There is no need to describe it in words. The twin room is only 38 square meters, which is a bit constrained.

Hygiene: quite clean
Facilities: spacious public areas
Environment: OK
Service: good service
The breakfast buffet at this hotel is really great with a wide variety of dishes.

Nice modern. Well appointed hotel
Breakfast was very good however the dinner was like a staff canteen selection. Maybe only 5 choices which was odd given how varied breakfast was.

The hotel is difficult to book as it doesn't show up in an English language search. It must be searched in Chinese and even then building 1 or 2 isn't clear.
I was here for a conference so this could been improved

Great service

The hotel is excellent and meets my expectations.
