The service was absolutely amazing! As soon as we checked in, we were treated to all sorts of snacks and beer. We had our child with us, and the hotel even gave them a coloring book, hair clips, and a fridge magnet. When we left, they even gave us neck pillows. Seriously, there were endless snacks and so many gifts! The room was also very spacious and clean. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The service was excellent, truly one of the best in Luoyang. Even the remote control came in a disposable sealed cover, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also fantastic, with local specialties like Luoyang steamed dishes. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance.

This hotel delivered top-level courtesy service during my recent 2-night stay. I had injured my leg badly while seeing a local exhibit and the hotel provided me with a change of clothes, a walking cane and dry cleaned my damaged pants to be like new overnight. They checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable. They provided some bandages and medicines without me asking. Upon check-out they helped with my luggage and provided me with a gift bag of fruits, drinks and treats. I can honestly say it was one of the most impressive services I have ever received from a hotel and I am very grateful. Also, great central location and clean and modern rooms. Delicious food at the top floor restaurant. Highly recommend.

Great environment, clean and tidy rooms, and excellent service. They even gave us a pleasant surprise when dropping us off at the high-speed rail station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Luoyang.

I was totally captivated, initially looking at Huayang International, but then some kind netizens told me both hotels have the same owner and business philosophy. After seeing so many influencer recommendations, I decided to book Kristine. The service is already comprehensive and excellent, but what really drew me in was their breakfast – they actually serve sashimi! For breakfast! Can you believe it? This kind of buffet would easily start at 198 elsewhere, it's just so appealing. Aside from breakfast, I found the guest rooms to be pretty standard. Perhaps it's been open for a while, as the style feels a bit dated, but it doesn't matter when the soft services are so good.

The service was excellent, truly outstanding and very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful, with steamed egg custard and complimentary congee and snacks, making it perfect for families traveling with seniors and children. The location is also great, close to the commercial district.

The service was great! They arranged airport transfers for me, and it was super convenient to order snacks, fruit, drinks, and noodles from the hotel anytime. Breakfast was delicious too! 😋

The room was comfortable, and the service was incredibly attentive. They even had fruit ready for us when we were picked up from the high-speed rail station. Upon entering the lobby, there was a selection of fruits and snacks to choose from, and an auntie thoughtfully prepared wet towels. When cleaning the room, they provided a makeup mirror and a toiletries bag. The whole experience was excellent, and the staff were very enthusiastic.

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel. Unbelievable service. Unlimited free: mineral water, fruit basket of your choice, special teas. Upon return from day tours, found room not only clean but great touches including: luggage cover for our luggage, tooth paste dispenser next to our toothpaste, little toys to clip on our carryon luggage, US (assume based on whatever your passport is) flag and Chinese flag on little stand, cord organizers next to our chargers ...... I would go to Luoyang just to stay in this hotel. Definitely 5* plus.
