The hotel's location right next to the subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, offering a wide, open view of Kaiyuan Avenue from the 11th floor. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was quite good. The location is super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right outside. Taxis are also inexpensive, which is great because we actually ended up taking taxis most of the time! It was so easy to get to all the tourist attractions.

The service was very thoughtful, the breakfast selection was extensive, and the front desk even provided a complimentary room upgrade.

I stayed in a deluxe king room for four nights. Overall, the experience wasn't very positive, far from my typical four-star hotel experience. The staff were friendly and it was my first night in China - ever. And they assisted me in paying for my taxi fare using wechat pay. The next day, it was raining and they offered me an umbrella but I thankfully had one myself. Then I needed to head to my next destination and the three staff were all willing to assist and were very friendly.

The room is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation. Sister 0782, who cleans the room every day, has a very good service attitude, is careful and thoughtful. There are also fresh fruits and yogurt. It is worth recommending to everyone 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I book this every time I come on a business trip. The front desk lady upgraded me. The service is super good and the room is very big. The housekeeping aunt is responsive and the lady who helps with the elevator is also very nice. Very enthusiastic, smiling every time I come, very infectious

Lovely hotel, helpful and kind staff, clean and with everything one needs. In a very good position, close to the crossing of two metro lines. Close to shopping malls and a good supermarket. Highly recommended.

My friends and I commented on the great service and the unique decorations in the hotel with each floor having a different theme. Was nice to get food when we arrived as a complimentary service. Also the receptionist was very friendly.

Very helpful staff, central location and many shops and restaurants around though mostly China style food. The room is very clean, free fruit platter available every day.
