The hotel's location right next to the subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, offering a wide, open view of Kaiyuan Avenue from the 11th floor. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was quite good. The location is super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right outside. Taxis are also inexpensive, which is great because we actually ended up taking taxis most of the time! It was so easy to get to all the tourist attractions.

The service was very thoughtful, the breakfast selection was extensive, and the front desk even provided a complimentary room upgrade.

I stayed in a deluxe king room for four nights. Overall, the experience wasn't very positive, far from my typical four-star hotel experience. The hotel's decor is dated, and many amenities no longer work properly. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the toilet flush was weak, and the sink drained very slowly, often filling up with water. Stayed here for 3 days. Room is spacious and nice. Bed is very hard should be improved. The bathware is old so it doesn't look clean enough. Breakfast dinner and lunch was really good. Breakfast is only buffet. Lunch and dinner you should order in the restaurant upstairs. There is a nice bag shop near by. The staff is very helpful.

Very cheap, friendly staff, double room was OK for 1 night, bathroom quite outdated. Although it seems to be central on the map, it's actually in the middle of nowhere with nothing nearby.

Excellent service received from the time the driver picked us up from the railway station to sending us off at the railway station. During our stay there, the service is also excellent . My friends and I commented on the great service and the unique decorations in the hotel with each floor having a different theme. Was nice to get food when we arrived as a complimentary service. Also the receptionist was very friendly.

The staff were friendly and it was my first night in China - ever. And they assisted me in paying for my taxi fare using wechat pay. The next day, it was raining and they offered me an umbrella but I thankfully had one myself. Then I needed to head to my next destination and the three staff were all willing to assist and were very friendly.

The room is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation. Sister 0782, who cleans the room every day, has a very good service attitude, is careful and thoughtful. There are also fresh fruits and yogurt. It is worth recommending to everyone 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Good place as its literally right in front of the subway entrance from where you can easily get to Longmen rail station for the HSR or the bus to Longmen Grotto's. Place is on the older side but the suite is quite spacious with a separate living room and everything worked fine. There's a few of malls with several restaurants across the street
