The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The housekeeping staff even noticed I had used the tea bags and proactively refilled them with extra ones, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel's location is great. Even with the heavy snowfall, transportation was still convenient. The facilities are also excellent, with a laundry room, gym, and even a little robot that delivers items to your room. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

There are so few IHG hotels to choose from in Luoyang. This one is decent; it's located in the new district, quite far from the old city center, but relatively close to the high-speed train station. It's suitable for a one-night stay when you need to catch a train.

The hotel's location right next to the subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, offering a wide, open view of Kaiyuan Avenue from the 11th floor. Better maintained than the other Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at Zhengzhou Airport. Badly designed toilet but at least the doors can close. Location- middle of nowhere. Nothing to shout about on the breakfast. Very mediocre hotel. You will do yourself a favour by finding another hotel nearer to the action. Stayed here only due to the cheapskate tour company. Not recommended.

It's not one of the particularly good and distinctive hotels in China that I've stayed in. The rooms are decent, but nothing more. The location is not the best, unless you need it for 1 short night, which was what I needed. There's nothing particularly interesting around.

Hotels in Luoyang are generally dated. This hotel is new and modern. In Jan 2025, we had a 2 bed suite which was spacious modern and bright. It wasn't peak season and the value was good. Great that there were no crowds to contend with. Being a hotel on the fringe of the city, be prepared that communication may be difficult. The hotel is located in a county town, and the price is quite cost-effective. I thought it would be very biased, but I didn't expect that the scenic spots recommended by Xiao Pan are also quite beautiful. Shopping, eating, and entertainment are nearby and it is very convenient. It is worth recommending!

If you order cheap, at least the brand is relatively guaranteed. It’s just that it’s not that convenient for visiting Luoyang City to see the night view. It’s too far, and with the taxi fare, you might be able to stay in the city. But to my surprise, there is a member-only floor, which is quite quiet.

Staying at Yichuan Holiday Hotel was the best decision for this trip to Luoyang. The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and thoughtful. The price was reasonable. The transportation was convenient. Five-star recommendation. It is more than half an hour's drive from Longmen Grottoes. I also thank Ms. Zhang Jingjing, the room supervisor, for being polite and considerate to the guests.

The service was absolutely amazing! As soon as we checked in, we were treated to all sorts of snacks and beer. We had our child with us, and the hotel even gave them a coloring book, hair clips, and a fridge magnet. When we left, they even gave us neck pillows. This hotel delivered top-level courtesy service during my recent 2-night stay. I had injured my leg badly while seeing a local exhibit and the hotel provided me with a change of clothes, a walking cane and dry cleaned my damaged pants to be like new overnight. Came to Luoyang for New Year's Day to meet up with my childhood friend, and this place was great. It's right next to Peony Plaza, and there's a subway entrance downstairs, which was super convenient. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and it was my first night in China - ever. And they assisted me in paying for my taxi fare using wechat pay. The next day, it was raining and they offered me an umbrella but I thankfully had one myself. Then I needed to head to my next destination and the three staff were all willing to assist and were very friendly.

The rooms were exactly as promised in our booking. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the little baskets that were delivered to our rooms (fruit, yoghurt, snack). On the negative side, the bathroom door didn't close or lock properly. We drove to Luoyang in the middle of the night and picked a hotel at random. The price-performance ratio was quite high. The room had disposable towels, slippers, paid water and other things. The prices were clearly marked on the door. There was a parking lot, so we didn't have to worry about parking. Excellent! The hotel was clean and the service was good. There was an old yarn factory noodle shop and a Da Zhang supermarket nearby. The convenient amenities made our trip very pleasant. The Da Zhang supermarket had cheap prices and the noodles were generous with meat, which made our trip much more comfortable.
