My first day in Changsha was made perfect by this hotel! I arrived around 10 AM and, just on a whim, asked if early check-in was possible. I came to try out this hotel for a stay ahead of next week's Gaokao (college entrance exam). Even though it's right in the center of the Meixi Lake Bubugao commercial area, it was surprisingly quiet, even on a weekend night. The hotel environment is really good, clean, and quiet. Jasper and Orion at the front desk were warm and attentive. Plus, there's a shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient.

It's the same hotel I've stayed at before. The location is good, and the room is spacious, but the lighting isn't bright enough. The TV is just okay, but overall, it's still decent.

The room was nice and soundproof, which was great. We only stayed one night, and while the facilities felt a little old, they were well-maintained. There were also plenty of elevators, and lots of food options nearby. Overall, pretty good.

This five-star hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and running errands. The front desk service was excellent. Wini greeted us warmly at check-in and promptly resolved any issues we had. Five-star rating!
