Changsha Xiaoxiang Huatian Hotel

This is a long-standing five-star hotel. Every time I come to Changsha for a business trip, I stay at Huatian. The hotel's food is excellent, with authentic Hunan cuisine. I really miss the flavors after I leave

The hotel seems to be quite old, but room is spacious. However, the air conditioning seems to be centralised as we were not able to lower the temperature to below 24

The trip to Changsha was smooth, the weather was great, my parents were very satisfied, the staff was very cute, the name was easy to remember, Siyuan, and they also upgraded the room type for my parents.

Very good, very considerate. I have a cold and drink more water. They gave me 4 bottles of water directly. It's really considerate.

location good. the deco is a bit old but worth of he its price.

The front desk staff are reasonable and always willing to help

Wanda Vista Changsha

They proactively checked in with us, responded to our requests super fast, and paid attention to the smallest details. The hotel's service team is professional and efficient, making us feel completely at home

He was approachable and polite, paying attention to every service detail. The lobby environment is elegant and grand, and the front office team is exceptionally well-trained. I felt completely pampered throughout my stay

It's also very near the river, making it convenient to visit Orange Isle and Yuelu Academy. There are snack shops and bubble tea stores right outside the hotel, which is super convenient

The subway is just a few minutes' walk, and you can even stroll to Wuyi Square. There's also a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to Wenheyou. Basically, it's incredibly well-situated

Breakfast was very plentiful, though for soups, besides fish noodle soup, there weren't any small wontons or similar items. The soy milk and fried dough sticks were unique and delicious

Traveling to Changsha with my child, I looked at many hotels and finally chose Wanda Vista Hotel. The location is great, very close to Wuyi Square but not noisy

Service: This was an excellent trip experience. The hotel concierge called beforehand to discuss our itinerary and even provided thoughtful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining

The hotel staff also cleaned daily, which gave us peace of mind. Facilities: Nothing to add, top-notch. 😃😃😃 A little tip: The Cha Yan Yue Se tea gifted by the hotel was fantastic

Plus, after a brief chat, they upgraded our room type. Definitely a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻 Environment: As expected from a five-star hotel, the environment was impeccable

An absolutely amazing experience, way beyond my expectations! They offered Changsha's famous 'Chayan Yuese' tea, a welcome fruit platter, a high-quality breakfast, a cute bear plushie, and even the chance to feed the koi

The hygiene was impeccable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, especially the rice noodles – they were absolutely delicious!

Big thumbs up! My elderly parents really enjoyed the breakfast too, and the soundproofing was excellent. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied. If I ever go back, I'll definitely choose Sheraton again

This is my second time staying here in Changsha, and I'm very grateful the hotel upgraded me to a larger room! The toilet flush didn't work every time, and the bathroom walls and window sills looked a bit old; I'd suggest they be updated

Staff are kind and collaborative. Breakfast is so good! They have oriental and continental breakfast, although oriental one has more varierity choices. The bed of our room was comfortable but small, maybe 135-140cm wide

The hotel environment is fantastic. Jasper and Orion at the lobby provided excellent service. The hotel pool and gym are both very spacious. The location is also super convenient. I've stayed here multiple times!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. The room facilities are complete, and it's very clean, perfect for a family of three

The hotel environment is really good, clean, and quiet. Jasper and Orion at the front desk were warm and attentive. Plus, there's a shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient.

The breakfast was plentiful, but finishing by 10 AM felt a bit rushed. It's great that there's a pool, though I recommend bringing your own swimming cap

The room is spacious and the location is great, very close to Pozi Street, making it super convenient for food and drinks. It's also lovely to take a stroll along the river after dinner

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

The Grand Hyatt Changsha's river view is absolutely stunning! The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct panoramic view of the Xiangjiang River at night, with Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain framed together, and the city lights sparkling like a painting
