Nice Hotel, and good for breakfast, so many variation

After sending off my friends, I stayed for an extra day alone, just in time for sleet in Changsha. The driver was excellent, drove very steadily, and I managed to catch the car just in time. A special thanks to the driver; this hotel service is fantastic, and it's free – a real highlight!

It was a great experience, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Even though there was a small hiccup, it was resolved in the end, and I'm still very satisfied. Thanks to Xiao Hu from the front desk; I come back every year around this time.

The room was super spacious with an unbeatable river view! The lovely Miss Hu even gave us a small gift. We'll definitely be back next time! 👍

This is a long-standing five-star hotel. Every time I come to Changsha for a business trip, I stay at Huatian. The hotel's food is excellent, with authentic Hunan cuisine. I really miss the flavors after I leave. The front desk staff are reasonable and always willing to help.

Very nice hotel with a good gym, be aware you need a swim cap for the pool

Seems like a nice hotel however our stay was too short to take any advantage of it. They did make a big mistake by giving us the wrong rooms and it was annoying to come down late at night after we checked in. They did fix the issue right away so at the end, no complaints. Finding eating options for halal consumer was a bit challenging after 9pm as all the restaurants closed so that was really disappointing...

The trip to Changsha was smooth, the weather was great, my parents were very satisfied, the staff was very cute, the name was easy to remember, Siyuan, and they also upgraded the room type for my parents.

Very good, very considerate. I have a cold and drink more water. They gave me 4 bottles of water directly. It's really considerate.

Good location strategic and also so many street food in outside

The hotel room is great, I've stayed here many times. The VIP reception team's service is consistently excellent, and there are plenty of amenities downstairs. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Our Tour Leader booked Lotus Garden in this hotel for Buffet Dinner. A great place for a scrumptious dinner with loads of variety of food. From international favourites to local specialties and variety of desserts, we enjoyed not only the delicious dishes but the superb service from the staff and Chefs too! With comfortable and nice ambience, it is well worth the dinner here !!

The hotel is in a great location, with two subway entrances downstairs, so you can go out and play. Miss Luo Jingyi at the front desk is very enthusiastic and thoughtful in her arrangements. The room is large, the price/performance ratio is very high, and the service is also good!

After the change in management, the lobby now has a good number of reception staff, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is super convenient! It's right next to Wanda Plaza, so there are plenty of dining options, plus a trendy 'influencer street' nearby. This stay was incredibly comfortable! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the service was really attentive. It's also convenient for dining and shopping nearby. Overall, it was very relaxing, genuinely excellent! The breakfast was rich and varied too. Highly recommend staying here!

Crystal chandeliers (not sure why they weren't lit) paired with marble floors give the lobby a timeless, grand hotel feel. I stayed at the Jinmao Hotel from the second to the fifth day of the ***** New Year. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was abundant. I chose this hotel for its excellent location, and this is my third stay. I'm in Changsha almost every week, so I've stayed in many hotels here. Although the room on this third visit was older than the previous two, my experience was actually better. I checked in quite late, and when I entered the room, I noticed the duvet corner was neatly pulled back – I usually hate it when the duvet is just thrown...

Perfect location and service. I especially want to thank QianWen who works at breakfast buffet for being incredibly thoughtful and warm.
