For our honeymoon, they upgraded our room, decorated it beautifully, and even provided a cake. Our experience was absolutely perfect.

Breakfast is probably the worst in all the Pullmans that I have visited, quality and selection of food is very bad. Service even worse.
Reception - despite speaking in Chinese, did not understand what is individual room billing
Housekeeping - one room not made up and one room had used cups left on the table after making up. Used hand towel was also left on the vanity top. I one room, a switch flew out and goet flush lever coming loose
Breakfast - not a single pice of pastry other than scones and bread. And this is the first hotel in the world that do not have metal spoons to use; only chopsticks, porcelain spoons and metal forks
Restaurant - waiting staff hardly understood when I asked, in Chinese, for 2 sets of fork and spoon. First he came with 2 spoons, then with 1 fork and 1spoon. The table was not cleared lnot suitable cutlery and we were not asked if we wanted any drinks the entire night
Room accessories - there's only 2 bottles of water and I expected Pullman to provide better quality ippers
The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the room service was always efficient. The staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, which we really enjoyed.
Everything was great — I would definitely stay here again!
