Right at the center of Kunshan, Rooms are very big but gym and pool are not what you would expect. Breakfast is good. Friendly staff. Solved issue of first rooms offered having a very heavy smoke-scent. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, and the breakfast at the restaurant was also very good. The city view from my high-floor room was beautiful. Will come back again.

The hotel is located on the higher floors of the building, offering a great view. I always stay here when I visit Kunshan. The mall next door makes dining very convenient. Perhaps because it was Chinese New Year, it was very crowded, and the breakfast experience was just average.

The service is excellent, and the overall environment is very good. I've stayed here several times for business trips to Kunshan, but every time there's an issue with the air conditioning – it doesn't heat at all, making the room too cold.

Very good option in Kunshan and well integrated in a shopping center with plenty of eateries. Only downside for me is the dark decoration but that is a matter of taste

I've stayed here many times, and Nina always takes great care of everything. The facilities and environment are excellent, as always, and I always have a very comfortable stay in the room.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was incredibly powerful – almost too hot!

Very close to Tinglin Park. The facilities are well-maintained, which makes up for the older decor. The gym isn't huge, but it has most of the essential equipment. The front desk staff were excellent and very prompt in resolving any issues.

I stayed here last year, and with the buffet included, it offered pretty good value for money. This time, my main reason for staying was the swimming pool. However, the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with quite a bit of algae and floating debris. The room cleanliness was acceptable. When I went for breakfast at 9:30 AM, the selection was a bit limited.

The room was spotless, and the staff provided warm and friendly service. The breakfast was very satisfying, with a wide array of options.

We stayed for two nights over the Christmas period. Having stayed at the hotel in 2023, we were looking forward to a similar experience. At check-in, we were informed that breakfast on the 25th would be a pre-ordered set meal rather than a buffet, which offered fewer options than the buffet available on the 26th. Had a lovely stay at the Fairmont. Very secluded so restricted to in-house food.
