I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. All good with location, service, facilities etc.

13.08.2025 Mabuli

The hotel is conveniently located. Our room was clean and comfortable, with wonderfully soft bedding. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with the freshly made noodles being a particular highlight! The hotel shows great attention to detail and offers excellent value for money. My only minor comment is that the bed was a little too soft for my personal taste.

The room was great, and the hotel offers lovely views.

The hotel room was very hot 27°. Central air-conditioning chillers were switched off and the hotel didn’t do anything to improve the situation. The main reason I stay in a hotel is to sleep overnight at 27°. It’s not possible to sleep last time. I stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel, easily accessible to nearby mall and food. Was there in February when it was 5C. Room was warm and cozy with window able to open for fresh air. Great hotel to stay at Yixing

The TV is quite outdated and could really use an upgrade. It doesn't quite live up to the hotel's standard.

18.11.2024 Guest

The location is excellent! It's right next to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We stayed in a lake view room, which was very spacious, and the view was lovely. The pan-fried dumplings for breakfast were delicious. My only suggestion for improvement would be the rather small parking lot.

06.10.2024 Guest

It was incredibly busy during the National Day holiday. We'd paid over 100 yuan for breakfast vouchers, but by the time we went down around 9:30 AM, there was hardly anything left – just a few noodles and pastries. The service definitely needs improvement. Also, housekeeping didn't bother to replenish the tissues, which ran out after only a few uses.

02.10.2024 Guest

This hotel is a landmark in this area of Yixing. It is decorated in a high, over-the-top European style. The breakfast spread is quite good. The views are great. There’s construction of the new metro across the way, but the view of the lake is largely unobstructed.

26.08.2024 Guest

I booked two deluxe king rooms, and the experience was highly unsatisfactory. The hotel advertised complimentary parking, but I drove around for a long time trying to find a spot with no staff available to assist. When I spoke to the front desk about it, they astonishingly suggested I could just cancel my booking! I had already checked in; why should I be forced to check out? It was only after arguing that a manager finally intervened and arranged a parking space for me. Later, I noticed other guests also arguing about parking. The hotel's management and coordination in this area are clearly very problematic. If they can't reliably provide parking, this should be stated clearly upfront. This is simply not the standard of service one expects from a five-star hotel.

Then, after checking in, the bathroom in our room started leaking, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. We again had to involve a manager to get a room change. The hotel's facilities are outdated, and the soundproofing is so poor that we could hear doors opening and closing in the middle of the night. A significant upgrade is long overdue! At over 500 per night, it's incredibly poor value for money and simply doesn't live up to its five-star rating.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
