Wonderful stay at the new Holiday Inn Suzhou North! We picked it for the location, 3 min. walk to subway and railway station. Very convenient for trips to Shanghai. Friendly and polite staff and very clean. The view to the city makes your day!

The hotel is very close to railway station and easy to find. The room is very clean and view is great. The front desk is also so friendly, always very helpful, recommend it definitely.

We upgraded our room to a suite and the room was very good. We had a great night sleep. The concierge staff, Amber He, was highly commendable. She helped us to book transport Didi and also helped to transfer money to our wechat. She also went out of her way to help us book high-speed rail train tickets when we have a last minute hiccup. Another staff, Zhang Dandan, also helped us to order takeout from her app on her phone.

We would highly this hotel because they have great staff service.
