Lovely people, very friendly
Breakfast is ok, as simple as you can get but enough (toast bread, eggs, ham, coffee, tea and juice).
Note:no lift if you're carrying big bags. ,
Difficult to get a late check out, later than 11.30,due to always having guests coming. But staff is very nice and helpful.
On the second stay the first 2 mornings breakfast was served on paper plates with disposable cutlery. We were quite taken a back, it really makes the hotel look cheap and is not a sustainable practice. Considering the last 2 mornings it was a different cook and food was served on normal plates and coffee in coffee cups (which is for more sustainable and better for the environment), it really just seemed like the kitchen staff were to lazy to clean the dishes and that is why paper plates were used.
However staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean.
