Building is a fire hazard. It is cheap, however when we arrived we had to tell them what we booked as they had only given us 4 beds and not the 5 booked.
Halfway through our stay, one of the people in our group was asked to move from one room to another. No reason was given. The man looking after the place started to then move personal belongings to the new room. The new room smelt of urine.
The guy who looked after the bookings would sleep on the floor in the hallway, made it difficult to come and go early or late in the day as you'd often accidentally step on him

Almost impossible to find. Please add your name to the signs at the elevator banks! Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is fine.

Location is Good... Except that everything is worst.... They will give rooms where you cant even enter into the room properly.. Not advisable

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!
What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

We enjoyed ourself immensely. The food was excellent, service was first class. Gazi, the manager, was a very charming man who was very hospitable. We will come here every time we come to hongkong.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

What you display on ur menu(pictures) is NOT what u serve at all and ur side vegetables are a fraction of the size as it shows in the picture

Long waiting time during lunch. When I go inside the smell like a stink bomb here, noodles taste is worse than 5 years ago as well as the service, a bit disappointed ?

The tomato soup based udon was not rich, but still ok. I would prefer going to some other udon places to get the tomato soup based udon. The beef appetizer is pretty good on the other hand. Love their idea of putting a pig head fish cake to the udon to add some cuteness lol

Hot udon is good, but used to be better before. Soup is tasty though a bit oily. Snacks are just of normal standard.
