The rooms were small yet clean with crisp bed sheets and fresh pillows. The receptionist was excellent and kindly allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants and TST. The water pressure was strong, and the Internet connection was reliable. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay again next time.

Terrible experience staying here. First of all the room they put me in was different to what I paid for (much smaller). It was filthy, the sheets had brown stains and everything smelled strongly like curry powder.
I couldn't sleep because the air-con was "out of service". My guess is they scammed the air-con maintenance service and they refused to repair it.
When I complained about it they said they would refund me. When I contacted them asking for an update on the refund they said they didn't offer me one. Don't book this place.

This hotel scammed me of $2500 dollars.
They tried to put me into the wrong room type and told me it's a "free upgrade". The air conditioning didn't work and they couldn't get anyone to fix it until the next day.
They then told me I can receive a full refund because I wasn't staying there.
They then ignored me so I had to submit claims through booking.com
After submitting claims they then lied to booking.com saying I stayed in the hotel and everything was ok ??
Stupid scammers I'm not sure how they have so many good ratings but I would 100% avoid.

Terrible experience. The hotel was hard to find, and despite claiming 24/7 front desk service, no staff were available. The room smelled awful and was poorly maintained. In the morning, foul sewage water leaked from the floor, flooding the room and soaking my luggage with water that contained feces and urine. 😖😭😭The person in charge seemed indifferent and dismissive, showing no responsibility or care. Completely unacceptable — I strongly advise against staying here.😤😤😡😡😡

Stayed for two days, everything was good. Room is clean, location is good, ac works, toilet is clean. And check in/out process was simple. Considering the HK accommodation options it was great for it’s value I believe. Would be nice if they had a water dispenser

The hotel is located in good location nearby Jordan station. A lot of restaurants and good vibes there.

The place is really clean. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is also clean is pretty big (according to HK sizes).
But the room is super small, theres place only for the bathroom, then in less than one meter there’s the bed, located by the window. So in between toilet and bed is very little space. This room definitely will make you closer to those ones who you travel with x)
Also was a bit problematic to check in at the begging, would be better if there’re WA calls available while checking in.

I was visiting Hong Kong in October and after searching for hotels this one seemed the best. I give this location 5 stars, you are steps from the tram station, making travel easy and fast. (One of the main reasons we chose this location). The staff was always friendly and courteous. The room itself was nothing special, however in my research it is considered a big room in Hong Kong hotel standards. It had to twin beds, a shower, small tv, desk and a very small closet. If you don't mind being compact then its no big deal (we were out most of the time anyways). I would definitely stay here again.
