Its a huge Hotel 800 rooms plus so have Patience with the staff. Rooms are quite big compared to HK hotels. The room keeping IS quick. Needed an Iron and a Universal charger om separate occassions arrived under 3 minutes. The Hotel has a lift Till the 20th Floor and one which goes to 21- to plus 30 in different Location. Break-fast IS average but Has mostly everything.

I liked the location and the hotel room. I was surprised that there were no basic amenities in the hotel room, not even a bottle of water, not even a toothbrush. I have been to many 5-star hotels, but this was the first time I entered a room that had nothing like this. The view from the room was really beautiful.

Located in a great place. MTR transport hub is close by, you can travel the entire island using it. Buses also close by. You can walk to Avenue of Stars, Old Clock Tower and for the SOL show. We enjoyed our stay at the Kerry hotel. It was clean, had amazing finishes, had a shuttle that offered rides to many parts of town. It was tucked away in a quieter area, but still had a stellar view. The breakfast had many options as well. Even though the hotel was kid friendly, it still felt peaceful and upscale. I would definitely return.

The hotel is about a 35 minute drive from the airport, but traffic was light on the day that that drive was made. The hotel is pristine clean, and there are multiple places to eat, lounges to sit for a drink, and even an outside rooftop gathering area. Views from the waterfront side are spectacular. I think the room rates are reasonable given that the room was a 2-bedder with an open kitchen that also comes with a washing machine cum dryer, microwave oven and electric stove. The nearest shopping area and Hong Hum MTR is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away

Very clean and spacious, especially per HK standard where space is a luxury.  The price is very fair for the comfortable stay.  The outdoor pool is huge and well maintained.  I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very simple, clean and extremely cheap hotel and more of a place to crash than a place to spend time. The room is tiny, but well laid out so it doesn't feel as tiny as it is.
