We booked hotel sky star and when we arrived at the place, they brought us to sky lark which was a couple of floors higher and the guy told us in the reception to comeback and check in after 2hrs. Imagine WE JUST ARRIVED after a long tiring flight and were made to wait and after coming the guy told us to take all our luggage to another block. Finally we arrived at hotel skycity. Imagine the shock when we saw our room which was so much smaller than it appeared in the pics online. It was way too cramped for 2 people. Thankfully it was just for 2 days. On the second day, when we were outside, someone cleaned up the room and took away the towels without us requesting for room service and even used the bathroom. The bathroom was smelling so bad when we came back.

Terrible experience. It was our first time in Hong Kong. Will be more cautious the next time.

The place is quite small. By quite I mean, very. In a triple room, the space that was left for us to move was a 1 feet by 4 feet corridor. The bathrooms have shower right above the commode which is practically disgusting. The facilities inside the room are average. The staff is good though.

This was shocking! There was no reception. It’s not a hotel. It’s not a hostel. It’s not air bnb. It’s a scam! We would like to get our money refund.

What happened is we have walked all through the st or Nathan road trying to get an available hotel. For we have not been able to use the booking we paid for.

The kids were very tired. And it’s a very awful experience.

Travel with family 2+2 the room was a little tight but get upgraded so finally it was enough. The room was clean but we had a few uninvited quests in the form of roaches. For 1 night stay the hotel was OK.

The only thing that bothers me is that the check-out time must be before 10 a.m. I think it's too soon. I have stayed at many hotels and have never encountered such an early check-out time as this. You should reconsider the check-out time. At least 11 a.m. It's not as ugly as 10 o'clock.

When I wanted to negotiate to continue my vacation and extend the check-out time before noon. They refused. I tried to negotiate 2 times. The reason he said the room was fully booked.. Is this not a reasonable reason? I asked why the check-out time must be before 10 am. I don't want to stay longer. My check-in time here is 2 or 3 p.m. You guys have more than 4-5 hours to clean your room. For what? ..Finally when I got rejected 2 times.

I have decided in my heart that I will not come back here and will look for another suitable place.

Another thing that is a rather boring problem is Building elevator.. Each building has 2 elevators. Divide even-odd numbers in alternating layers. 3 days of accommodation at the hotel in this building is Standing in a long queue to get into the elevator. It is necessary to allow time for waiting in line for the elevator. It's a boring time that needs to be fixed urgently. I'm fascinated by only these 2 stories.

Everything is good. But the cleaning staff should also check the dust that clings to the cable TV box and wall fan because the dust stains are very thick. Saw it and was horrified!

Good service but the food is average in my experience

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!

What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

Pretty average but staff service was good.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

Long waiting time during lunch. When I go inside the smell like a stink bomb here, noodles taste is worse than 5 years ago as well as the service, a bit disappointed ?

The tomato soup based udon was not rich, but still ok. I would prefer going to some other udon places to get the tomato soup based udon. The beef appetizer is pretty good on the other hand. Love their idea of putting a pig head fish cake to the udon to add some cuteness lol
