This hotel in Qingdao, while a bit older, still retains its charm and character. The service staff were all very friendly! It's also conveniently located close to Jusco, Hisense Plaza, and the Olympic Sailing Center.

Got an upgrade to a suite, which was spacious and excellent. The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The area is also lively, with plenty of restaurants and malls. The room was relatively clean.

Chaoshan Restaurant Double Set Morning Tea: The portion was enough for two, and the taste was good. It was more cost-effective than eating at the buffet.

Great location on Hong Kong Road, right next to Mykal Department Store which has a supermarket and a shopping mall. It's only about a 30-minute public transport ride to Shinan and Maidiao.

Booked a sea-view suite, which offered views of the ocean and the light show. The room was very comfortable. Xu Yan from the sales department introduced the hotel facilities and breakfast. I was very satisfied with this stay.

I booked a king room, and Joy upgraded me to a sea-view suite. The room was spacious with a great view, though the only downside was a slight smell from the bathroom drain. This was my first time seeing a robot deliver food in a five-star hotel, and ordering takeout was a great experience! 👍

The environment is quite good, and the bed is very comfortable. The service is also on point, though there's a minor issue: the bathroom had a slight odor. It wasn't too severe, and I hope it can be resolved in the future.

I can't believe the front desk staff upgraded us during the May Day holiday! We originally booked a king room, but they upgraded us to a sea-view suite. Since our flight isn't until 11 PM tonight, they even extended our check-out by 4-6 hours when we left this afternoon. I forgot to ask for the front desk lady's name, so sorry about that, I'll ask next time! The cleaning staff is also incredibly diligent; they tidy up our room and replenish water bottles every afternoon. The housekeeper's name is Xu Qiuling. And is Wang Shufen the supervisor? Thank you all so much for making our May Day holiday experience so wonderful and cozy!

The best hotel in Qingdao. Workers were very nice and polite . Mr. Steven was very nice to us . He did something amazing and guys trust me , he’s the best . I’ll visit this hotel again anytime we’re in Qingdao.

The location is super convenient! It's a 20-minute walk to May Fourth Square and just 5 minutes to Zhangzhou 2nd Road, so it's easy to get around for both dining and entertainment. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. Parking was also a breeze with plenty of available spots. The facilities and environment were top-notch, simply fantastic.

My experience was very good as it’s my second time in this hotel brand . But I still have some comments :
1- after taking a bath , there was a bad smell when I finished .
2- I ordered a pillow , and they told me that need to wait 5 minutes . But I end up calling two times before I get it . 30 m.
3- the service at breakfast time , in the swimming pool was perfect , the staff were so helpful , nice and caring .
4- the hotel give us two drinks as a gift .
I will definitely visit it again . I just hope they can fix these two prob . But I still love it .
