Had a fantastic stay. The hotel's location was great, quite close to all the places I wanted to visit. The room was clean, tidy, and completely free of any strange odors. The service was excellent; I even left something behind when checking out, and they promptly helped mail it to me via SF Express.

This was my first time staying at Tianrui Xingkong, and I had a truly pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. We were able to securely store our luggage at the front desk after check-out, which was a great help as it didn't disrupt our sightseeing plans. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

This hotel truly impressed me! The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully handled. The bathroom was pristine and completely odor-free, and the toiletries were also of very high quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us plan our sightseeing routes for the surrounding area – absolutely fantastic!

We were upgraded to a spacious and very clean room that was well-equipped with everything we needed. The large umbrellas provided were a really thoughtful touch. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to the beach and easily accessible from the North Railway Station. The surrounding area is well-serviced with facilities, and transport links are very convenient. Definitely recommend!

The only positive aspect of the room was its size; otherwise, the facilities were incredibly dated. The towels felt extremely old and worn out. I've never encountered a hotel where the lobby and check-in desk are in separate buildings. Thankfully, it wasn't raining, because having to drag my luggage 100 meters after checking in would have been an absolutely dreadful experience. I honestly don't understand how this place earned its five-star rating.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the city center but slightly away from the main tourist attractions, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. There's a convenience store right downstairs. Complimentary Laoshan Cola and beer were provided in the room; I particularly enjoyed the cola. We also received milk and small cookies. The staff on our floor were warm and thoughtful. As both my daughter and I have long hair, when I asked for an extra shampoo, the attendant immediately understood and provided an extra set of all toiletries. While there was a slight odor in the bathroom upon arrival, it quickly dissipated once the exhaust fan was turned on. My child, however, noted this issue on the feedback form, and the very next day, we received a reply along with two complimentary small electric fans.

It feels a bit like a serviced apartment. It was peak summer holiday season, so the hotel was very busy. We arrived a little after 3 PM and had to wait a bit to check in. There's a chain breakfast spot nearby, but it's a bit of a walk to the subway station, which isn't very convenient. The best service, I'd say, came from the security guards downstairs. They were always proactive and friendly when opening the door every day. The room itself was spacious, but everything else was pretty average.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and it's very convenient for accessing scenic spots. The free parking was a huge plus and gave us peace of mind. Breakfast was good, and we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
With a Wanda Plaza nearby, shopping and dining options are incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the dining environment was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, but it's a bit older and the facilities are quite dated. However, the service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was very generous. A minor drawback is that the guest rooms and the front desk are in separate buildings; you need to check in at one location and then go to your room in another. This wasn't a major issue, though, and picking up food deliveries was also very convenient. Aside from the dated facilities, everything else was perfect!

Overall, the room was clean and quite spacious. However, it's a bit far from the metro station, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel complex consists of several buildings. As I was in a rush, I didn't get a chance to locate or use the shared facilities like the gym and pool. They provided Laoshan Cola and some snacks, which was a thoughtful gesture.
