The room was spotless and the environment was quiet. It's an older, established hotel, and they upgraded my room type. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, including a subway, and there are many snack options right downstairs. Thumbs up!

The hotel's location is decent, but the front desk staff's attitude was terrible, really bringing down the overall experience. As a frequent guest at Vienna Hotels, this particular one falls far short compared to others in the chain.

First off, the front desk service was excellent – very warm and enthusiastic. They gave us some great recommendations for fun places to visit nearby.
Second, the hotel room was spotlessly clean and tidy. All the toiletries, like the toothbrushes, were single-use, which gave us peace of mind, and we slept very comfortably.
Third, the facilities were comprehensive; everything we needed was there, and the equipment was pretty good too! [strong]
Fourth, the hotel environment was elegant and very cozy, giving us a really relaxing and peaceful feeling. 🥰
Fifth, transportation in the area was very convenient, and there were many breakfast options available near the hotel. Best of all, we could walk just a few minutes from the hotel and find delicious food we craved! Nice, the taste was amazing!

Excellent service, clean accommodation, and thoughtful personalized touches. Miss Zhou at the front desk provided exceptionally good service.

Traveling with kids, I picked this hotel because the location seemed good, and it really exceeded my expectations! No disappointments here. The front desk staff even upgraded our room, and their service was excellent. We got complimentary breakfast, which was also pretty good. My child enjoyed it too. It's very close to the subway station, with lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. All in all, our stay was great, no regrets at all, and a very pleasant surprise. We'll definitely be back!

First time at this hotel and I'm pleasantly surprised! The facilities are excellent, and it's spotlessly clean. What really stands out is how convenient it is – super close to the metro station, shopping malls, and even an outlet village nearby. My friends and I came here for a trip, and even though it's a bit out of the city, the transportation is incredibly convenient; you can get anywhere easily. There are also tons of food options around the hotel – BBQ, local dishes, noodles, everything you could want. Plus, there's a huge mall right across the street! Seriously amazing. And the front desk staff are so kind and gentle! Their service attitude is top-notch, making you feel very welcome. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the hotel, but trust me, it's fantastic!!!

The hotel's surroundings are quite mediocre. Every morning between 5:00 and 5:30, the sanitation worker downstairs starts cleaning the trash cans, flipping the lids open and then pushing them back down. Each time, it sounds like firecrackers going off – bang, bang, bang – it's incredibly noisy! The room decor is also dated, with the wallpaper peeling. However, the bedding was very clean and had no strange odors.

The front desk staff were attentive and friendly, and the location is very convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining.

The front desk service was excellent! Even though my reservation didn't include breakfast, the front desk thoughtfully gave me a breakfast voucher.

A comfortable stay, close to the subway station with supermarkets and a mall nearby, making transportation very convenient. The front desk service was also very thoughtful! 😐
