I tried to sleep until 6 or 7 AM but was woken up again by the clattering sound. When I called the front desk again, they said the room above was a restaurant! I didn't get a good night's sleep. The hotel also didn't offer a solution to the noise problem. Overall, this was a very poor accommodation experience.

Later, the staff who took us to see the new room also said: "There are cockroaches." What's the matter, just live here." We felt very speechless and dumbfounded. Is it wrong to spend money to stay in a hotel and ask for a hygienic room? Also, when I first applied, the front desk staff lured me to get a room upgrade for 4 nights for 99 yuan. When I went up, I found cockroaches and the overall environment of the room in the corridor was too uncomfortable, so I changed my order on the platform to stay for 1 night and checked out early (if not If it’s too late, you will leave directly). The front desk staff said that the 99 yuan paid for the upgrade is non-refundable. This is too disappointing. After all, Hanting was chosen by Huazhu Club, and the front desk did not inform them of these things. There is no refund. Anyway, it is really disappointing. I will never stay at Hanting again in my life! !
