I lost some personal items in the hotel laundry room. I called someone to come help, but after waiting 20 minutes, no one showed up. The efficiency is just too low. The facilities are old and rundown; even the floors are soft and decaying. As for breakfast, the staff there had a terrible attitude. I specifically asked for a half portion of noodles, but they insisted I take an already prepared full portion. When I refused and reiterated I wanted a fresh half portion, they still wouldn't make it. I was speechless; they clearly didn't understand what I was saying and even argued with a guest.

**Service:** The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. My relatives had a very comfortable stay. What's more, they even helped with remote booking extensions, which was genuinely impressive.
**Location/Environment:** The hotel boasts a fantastic location right next to Wanda Plaza. It's incredibly convenient for dining and entertainment, with a huge variety of options just downstairs.
**Parking:** Parking is available at the Wanda Plaza lot, and guests receive a discount.
**Overall:** All in all, it's a truly excellent choice and offers superb value for money.

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean. Its location is excellent, surrounded by shopping malls. Breakfast is served on the second floor, and the noodles were particularly delicious. The lobby on the first floor also thoughtfully offers complimentary tea. Plus, a tram stop is conveniently located just a short walk downstairs!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Songjiang Wanda Plaza, making it incredibly convenient for dining and entertainment. The lobby is clean, spacious, and elegantly designed. They even offer complimentary sour plum juice to help guests cool down in the heat. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and during checkout, they even surprised my child with a Smurfs blind box.

The room was great, and we even got upgraded to a suite because we had two kids with us. They even provided kid-friendly toiletries! The young lady at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast was good too, and the hotel's location right inside Wanda Plaza was super convenient! Definitely a pleasant stay, highly recommend!

Excellent value for money! It's located right next to Wanda Plaza, even sharing the same underground parking. Last night, I was out shopping at Wanda and started to worry about the rain, but then it hit me that I could just use the underground parking to get back to the hotel, completely avoiding getting wet. In the evening, Wanda Golden Street was absolutely buzzing with people and so many food stalls. Despite all the hustle and bustle, my room was surprisingly quiet. After a tiring day, I had a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep.

When we arrived, the room temperature was 30.5 degrees Celsius. We turned on the air conditioning, but after half an hour, it still wasn't cool; in fact, the temperature kept climbing, eventually hitting 32.5 degrees. We called the front desk, and a staff member came up to investigate. After working on it for about half an hour, they checked several other rooms on the same floor, only to discover that they were all equally hot and the AC wasn't functioning in any of them either. With our two-year-old child already drenched in sweat, we had no choice but to move to a room downstairs. The hotel offered absolutely no compensation for this inconvenience. And to top it all off, they still asked us for a review at checkout.
