The room was quite clean, and the location was very convenient. The service was good, and it was quiet at night with a nice view. I would definitely stay here again. The toiletries were also excellent.

The room offers great value for money, and there's a gym available. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's super close and convenient to Hongqiao Airport, and also very handy for conferences as it's right by the National Exhibition and Convention Center.

The transportation is very convenient. It's right next to the National Exhibition and Convention Center, so it's super handy if you're here for a conference, especially if you're heading to Hongqiao. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic.

Even as someone very particular about hotels, I found my stay here incredibly comfortable.

The room was great, spacious, and very clean. The location is excellent, really close to the airport and high-speed rail, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a huge underground parking lot with commercial fast-charging stations. Very satisfied!

Extremely satisfied with this stay. Ever since I discovered how close this place is to Hongqiao Airport, my best friend and I always choose to stay here or at an apartment whenever we fly in and out. It's so convenient, and there are places to eat downstairs. What I liked most this time was the free upgrade to the PRIMUS Hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was convenient to get around by taxi or subway, and it's super close to Hongqiao Airport, which was a huge plus. The breakfast spread was also excellent. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

I brought my mom to Shanghai, and the service was excellent. Right behind the hotel, there's a street with a variety of restaurants: Sichuan, Hunan, Malatang, a pay-by-weight eatery (4.18 per 50g), Xinjiang, and Shaanxi cuisine. We tried a Sichuan restaurant, and it was quite good. The breakfast had a decent variety, with a good mix of Western and Chinese options. There were quite a few international guests at the hotel, and I'd rate breakfast a 9 out of 10.

The overall cleanliness was good. However, a large part of the lobby's sofa seating is now part of the hotel's café, so it's off-limits. There's only one sofa set opposite that guests can use, which is a bit inconvenient.

Getting around usually requires a taxi as the hotel is a bit far from the subway station.

There was a set of lights that could only be turned off by the master switch. This was annoying because if you needed to turn on the light by the door at night, you'd have to switch on the master switch, which turned on all the other lights too.
