When we first arrived, was warmly greeted. Our room was, not ready so the lady was nice to upgrade our room to the 3rd floor. There is stairs only, no lift so we walked up and down for our 4 days stay. They helped us bring some of luggage up. The room is so huge, really comfortable space and bed sheets is soft and pillows were soft and fluffy. Overall a great experience, the last night the air-conditioning shut down and when we asked the lady. She informed us of a power outage of the whole street. But, we were out the whole day, she could have mentioned to us when she saw us at the counter entrance. Overall is a good experience. Location is not that ideal, but the room is so worth it...

There is no sofa, which makes it inconvenient to put on makeup and eat. We went out late on the first day and the aunt didn't clean up after work, which is understandable, but the toothbrush, mineral water, trash, and bath towels were not emptied, and the hot water took about five minutes to come. There was no hot water one night, so I took a shower the next day. The experience was average.

Only the scenery is beautiful. The equipment inside is a bit old. The faucets are loose. Bath supplies are placed very high. I should be about 1.7 meters tall. If you are short, you can't reach them.
The floor is dirty. I feel like the proprietress is not attentive to the business. Especially the bath water is very small. The bathtub cannot be used from 7 to 12 at night and the water is very small. It has been left for a long time and is not half full. Disposable items are not easy to use.

The hotel faces the Erhai Lake across the road, and the scenery is first-class. The room is super large, basically one living room, one bedroom and one balcony, very comfortable. The mirror of the sky on the roof is a check-in point, and you can take a big picture if you take a photo. The only regret is that the toilet is not flush enough.
