Astonishing view. Spacious room

Perfectly nestled in the heart of Dali park area, the location is great—surrounded by endless food options. The property was clean and comfortable and the service was excellent! Will definitely stay again if we're ever back to Dali!

We had a great experience. The room is modern, clean with high ceiling and fantastic lake view. The newly opened SPA and tea house were impressive. Our guest manager, Angel, has taken the service to the next level. Definitely recommend this hotel and will revisit in the future!

Beautifully designed hotel with excellent high level views of Erhai. The room interiors are also toddler friendly - the bedside tables have chamfered edges (no sharp corners). The hotel has a great environment, nestled at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, very close to the Cangshan Gantong Cableway. You can enjoy beautiful distant views of Erhai Lake from the hotel. In the morning, you can watch the stunning sunrise right from the hotel. They also offer a shuttle bus service to the ancient city, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and very comfortable. The pillows were also nice and fluffy, so I slept soundly all night. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was large, so it didn't feel cramped at all for two people. The hotel facilities are well-maintained; the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning...

This hotel is perfectly located at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. During the Chinese New Year, it's actually quicker to walk to the nearest cable car entrance than to drive. A big plus is the hotel's food, which is both delicious and reasonably priced. The pool is all 1.2m deep, making it ideal for families with children.

The front desk service provided by Alice during this stay was truly satisfying! She was incredibly diligent; every time I passed the front desk, I'd see her carefully verifying guest information, which made me feel very secure. When checking in, Alice explained everything clearly, neatly handed me the room key and breakfast vouchers together, and even specifically pointed out the elevator's location

The service was excellent, and any issues were resolved quickly. A big thanks to the butler for providing a complimentary children's breakfast. The balcony offered a stunning view of Erhai Lake, perfect for watching the New Year's fireworks. It was a fantastic experience!

I stayed for two nights in the Executive Suite on the 26th floor. The bed was so hard that I could not sleep properly. The windows are not soundproofed, so traffic noise from the road is very loud. The bathtub water does not drain and overflows onto the bathroom floor. The hotel's location is poor. There are no restaurants nearby, and it is too far from Dali Ancient City. The staff speak very poor...

Has pretty great rooms and service with an amazing view if the weather isn’t bad. From other reviews Google Maps has the hotel in the wrong location so don’t trust it. It is a bit far from restaurants as the area is not developed but the lake view makes up for it. Fulfils all the expectations of a five star hotel. Would recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Dali.

The view of hotel is amazing. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast spread is awesome too. Just not very pleased with the staff at lobby, did not offer any help when we struggled with luggages. Overall still a pleasant stay.

Nice and functional hotel. The surrounding areas not yet fully developed , but give it 1-2 years , will be a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Good place in between to visit attractions on the east side or ErHai lake GOOGLE MAPs has it in the wrong area !!!

I traveled there with a large family group. It is a very comfortable, clean place, offering good breakfast and good friendly staff

This hotel is being selected by Tour Agent. We stayed here for 2 nights in a "seaview" room (not the correct angle) Very nice and huge room with a balcony. Staffs are very friendly too. Breakfast is decent. However, there aren't anything near the hotel.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the lake-view rooms offered a nice view.

This hotel is really great. It feels like living in Sanya. The balcony view is super beautiful. If you want to visit Erhai Lake, go northeast and there is an ecological trail. It is super photogenic.

The room has a nice view and the breakfast is quite rich. However, the bathroom of this room is very small. After putting disposable items, there is no place for personal items.

Great hotel lots of things to do. Its far from all the main tourism areas so if you want to see the mountain or ancient city leave an hour at least before you want to arrive, on the plus side very close to the airport. Although the outside and common areas look rundown the rooms were very nice and clean.

The room is good, my daughter likes it very much. But nothing much around the area.

The hotel looks rather shabby from the outside (it’s located in an area that looks rather defunct), but surprisingly once you’re inside it is a legit 4 Star establishment. My child was absolutely thrilled with the very large family room - she was disappointed that we were only staying one night! The high points for her were the teepee in the room and the mermaid who came to greet us after the morning...

The hotel is a dream stay for ocean animal lovers. You can see different varieties of fish around you at every parts of the hotel, e.g. in the hotel lobby, dining hall where you will take buffet breakfast, event hall on level 2, and even in the gym. The environment is beautiful, and the courtyard has a unique charm. It's just a wall away from the old town, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The butler service is attentive, and both the breakfast and cured pork rib hotpot are delicious. I've stayed here multiple times and have recommended it to my friends as well.

Pretty good, quite tasteful. Overall, the courtyard's decor is decent, and there's a big lawn where the kids had a blast chasing butterflies! Haha. It's also quite convenient for visiting Erhai Lake.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Both the hotel itself and the surrounding area, with its dessert shops and small gardens, are breathtakingly beautiful. The room decor creates a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The environment is quiet, a paradise, and the scenery is refreshing. The proactive free pick-up and drop-off service is also a great surprise! Breakfast and afternoon tea were great. The service during our two-night stay definitely exceeded expectations. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Yunnan!

A rare large lawn and a front yard with winding paths, making it easy to get around. Especially suitable for children, team building activities, and family gatherings. There are snack bars and fruit stalls in the village just three minutes' walk away.

I went there for the pick-up service. The driver arrived at the station in advance and waited. The car was clean and tidy. The hotel is located in the downtown area of Dali. It is a 10-minute walk to the Aegean Shopping Park, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is a few minutes' walk to the Erhai Lake, which is good for walking and taking the kids out. The service is also pretty good...

Clean and spacious room, receptionists (小王 & 小李) were very friendly. Location is a bit further to the lake than I thought (5-10mins walk) and no bike rental nearby.

We had a nice stay here, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious.

It's a very nice hotel, excellent service and clean. They free upgraded me to a sea view room as we were staying for 4 nightes. Because of this, we cancelled the last night hotel somewhere which is closer to the airport and so we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights end up. We much appreciated the services provided by小趙，小宇，小王 and 小李。 We wil definitely stay again if we come to Erhai again.l

The hotel is in an excellent location for Dali marathon, just 2km walk from the start/finish line at the Dali International Olympic Sports Center. The hotel is very nice with a beautiful rooftop bar and the lake view. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will stay here when I visit Dali again.
