I returned to Yunnan for the New Year after a long absence, and I had been traveling to other places for about a week before that, so I had a lot of luggage, two large suitcases, one small suitcase, and two or three handbags. I contacted the hotel in advance to make an appointment for airport pick-up. After the guy who picked me up found me, he directly took over all the boxes. When we arrived at the community, he also explained in detail how to enter and exit the community and what precautions to pay attention to.

The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning heated up quickly, and a rich variety of fruit drinks were provided as a treat after check-in. Because I needed to borrow the refrigerator to refrigerate some things, the receptionist specially prepared a space for me to store them. I am really grateful.

On the day I left, there was a rare heavy snowfall in Dali in more than 10 years. The receptionist even helped me deliver my luggage to the gate of the community and waited with me for the arrival of the online-hailing car.

I am very satisfied with this stay. I think this will be my first choice of place to stay when I come to Dali in the future 😍

Booked two suites. This suite is a little smaller, but the side sea view and bath are quite nice. The bathtub is also Hansgrohe, the quality is good.

This hotel is really great. It is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my stay in Lijiang and Dali these days. It has a great sense of design. I booked two rooms. The rooms with balconies have a great view of Erhai Lake. I will book again next time I come to Dali.

This room had the best view. The boss was so helpful. I can not speak chinese. The boss booked my didi for me each time. They brought fruit and soda to my room on arrival and at night bright porridge. The room had a huge garden tub. It was clean. I would stay here again.

Got a free upgrade to a different location due to renovation happening at a neighboring hotel. Great service crew and fabulous view of 洱海

The view was amazing, the location is also so beautiful. You can see the whole lake from the balcony. The staff were also so friendly, highly recommended. It was a nice experience
