This hostel is super affordable, and the owner is really enthusiastic and welcoming. You can get a huge, delicious meal for very little money every day. My roommates are usually fellow hikers, so it's a great place to make friends and find travel buddies to explore with.

The quad room was super comfortable, and everyone from all corners of the world was so friendly. The home-cooked meals were delicious, and the shared dining option was really economical. Yunnan is also beautiful. I'll definitely be back!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hostel environment is clean and tidy, and the common areas are cozy and relaxing. The owner is incredibly nice, and since they used to be a chef, the food is delicious. In the afternoons, we'd share meals with other guests, eating, drinking, and playing games together – it was a lot of fun. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It's excellent value for money, and the owner and their family are so welcoming, making me feel at home even for a short stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

An unexpectedly great stay! I'll definitely be back! Each bed has a blackout curtain, individual light, and power outlet. The lockers are spacious, the owner is really fun, and you can even share meals, which is much better than eating out! I stayed for several days and didn't want to leave! Next time I come to Lijiang, I'll stay here again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The environment here is pretty good, and there's even a front yard and a back yard. There were several volunteers and quite a few guests, including many foreigners. We'd share meals in the evenings, and the food was delicious. People from all over China and abroad would sit together and chat. I stayed for three or four days.

I had a fantastic time staying here, as a solo traveller speaking minimal Chinese, both the hosts and the other travellers made my stay very accommodating
They do a family dinner every night which is by far the best food I've eaten so far in 2 weeks in China.
They also helped me to book my bus for the tiger leaping Gorge, and kept my big backpack safe while I did this and went to Shangri-La,
I can't thank you guys enough, I'm genuinely sad to be leaving this place.

Just amazing , the most kindly owner I ever met in my life !!!! You can eat with the family, the most kindly I have met in 5 months of travel , I recommend it !!

This place is a hidden gem. The family running it is incredibly warm and made me, a solo female traveler, feel completely at home. Dinner is homemade, shared with everyone, and costs only 30 yuan!! an absolute steal for so many delicious dishes. After dinner, the owner even took us for a lovely stroll through Lijiang old town. My roommates were quiet and polite, which made for a peaceful stay. The family invited me for tea many times and even taught me some Chinese. They also have a hiking guide if interested. I ended up extending my stay and will definitely come back.

My first stop on a solo trip to Yunnan was Lijiang, and I chose this hostel. It's located in the Old Town, which is essentially the city center of Lijiang, so it felt very safe and was super convenient for getting to the airport and other attractions. The owner was incredibly nice; they even helped me check in when I arrived from the airport at 2:30 AM. Plus, they provided fresh, clean sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases for me to put on myself.
