Rooms are good and the view is nice. The windows need cleaning from the outside because there is a construction site next to the hotel, and the dust settles on the windows and ruins the nice lake view. Staff avoid speaking English all the time; they should try to communicate better since it is an international hotel brand. The room had a strange smell, perhaps because it was newly renovated, which was its biggest drawback! On the plus side, the beds could be combined, the environment was nice and relatively new, and the location was good – quiet despite being central. Breakfast was good, and there was even afternoon tea. It offered great value for money, and the service was also good!

This hotel, located right within the scenic area, boasts brand-new facilities. Its exterior retains the charming Naxi architectural style, and stepping into the room, you're greeted with a lovely view of the courtyard through the window. Right outside the room, there are small stools where you can enjoy a cup of tea and admire the scenery. It's really nice!
