I chose this hotel because it was ranked second in Jiaxing on Ctrip, advertised as a local boutique hotel. However, the room had a musty smell and the facilities were run-down. Calling it a 5-star is a complete lie; even the staff admitted they aren't officially rated. Don't be fooled by the lobby; anyone who stays here will regret it.

Fantastic! The hotel is right inside the ancient town. In fact, the hotel *is* the ancient town, with its white walls and black-tiled folk houses serving as the guest rooms. The small bridges and flowing water are the hotel's garden. You can quietly experience the poetic charm of a Jiangnan water town here.

Stayed here for G.E.M.'s concert. The venue's shuttle bus conveniently dropped us off right at the hotel entrance. You can access the Yuehe Scenic Area directly from the hotel by swiping your room card. It's a great spot to enjoy a few drinks and some live performances at night.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious. The service attitude was excellent 👌🏻👍🏻 – they were very responsive and always put the customer first. The location is superb, very close to the scenic area 👏🏻👍🏻 and convenient for shopping 🛍️.

There was a dehumidifier in the room, but as someone from the north, I could still smell a slight musty odor. It wasn't a big deal though, I could still sleep, and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was absolutely, incredibly delicious – the kind where you'd regret not coming earlier and eating more if you arrived late. It featured various local specialties, all with natural flavors and quality ingredients.

The exterior is absolutely beautiful, a vintage-style hotel complex with stunning greenery. It's only two stories, and the ground floor opens right onto a path where many people pass by, which feels a bit awkward, especially since the bedroom doesn't have curtains. The interior furnishings are quite old; the sofa is a bit worn. There's just one table, one chair, one sofa, and a TV, which feels a bit sparse for a double room. The bathroom is very spacious, with the toilet, washbasin, and shower all separate. There was also another small room, and I'm not sure what it was for, as it even had a light switch, which was a somewhat strange design.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even provided complimentary drinks, a late-night congee, lunch, and activity experience coupons. The hotel itself has a beautiful, antique charm and is conveniently located right next to the old town, making it super easy to access.

The hotel is right next to Yuehe Ancient Town, making it super convenient to visit. The surrounding environment is also very pleasant. The hotel service is great too; they even gave us hand-knitted bracelets during the Dragon Boat Festival. On holidays, they provide snacks, and the complimentary preserved mangoes were delicious. The only downside is that the bar next door is quite loud. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite on the second floor and could still hear some noise.

The room had a musty smell and was quite small. One of the buildings was also very far from the lobby. On the bright side, there were welcome fruits and it's very close to the old town, just across the river. It really didn't have many other redeeming qualities.

The hotel breakfast was really good, and the Chinese-style windows with the lotus flowers were beautiful. We even got upgraded to a quieter inner-facing room, though it was a bit close to the room opposite. The room also had a fridge, and all the facilities felt brand new.
