The environment was nice. I needed some quiet time for an exam, so they helped me arrange a quiet room. The room was quite spacious, and they even provided fruit. Takeout was also delivered by a robot, which was very convenient. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious.

View is cool, room Is spacious. Food wise if you are like me who lovely to find food, this hotel might not be suitable if you can’t grab food from their app.

I really liked the hotel😍it is very good and luxurious, I advise everyone to book it, it was a wonderful night in it, I will book it again if I have the opportunity💯👌🏻🥰

This is my home away from home. Excellent service, great food. The staff are incredibly helpful and efficient. The rooms are enormous, and always clean. The beds are comfortable. And the views are superb. The buffet rivals all Chinese buffets and abundance, quality and diversity are top most priorities!

I didn't have time to take pictures of the room, but the overall feeling was good. The hotel's receptionists and housekeepers were all very welcoming and smiling, which made people feel very comfortable.

The hotel's decor is incredibly refined and has a charming, retro feel. The bedding and service were both impeccable. Its location is fantastic too, very close to all the major attractions. I'd definitely recommend staying here for your trip.

The hotel is good for relaxing. Quiet with many trees around. Breakfast is good. Staffs are friendly. There is good welcome cake.

Staying here was very convenient for attending Er Gou's stand-up comedy show at Xiuhu Concert Hall. The facilities are a bit dated, but the breakfast was decent. I turned down the free upgrade and complimentary breakfast, and the room phone was out of order.

It's already a significant plus that a star-rated hotel allows dogs, so while there are understandably some limitations on freedom, they are acceptable. Very happy with our stay! On the day we checked in, there was even afternoon tea and a buffet dinner included, which made it fantastic value for money. We brought the kids here to escape the summer heat, and they got to swim twice. The pool seemed to be open to non-guests, as it was quite busy. The water in the two smaller pools was a bit cloudy, but the main pool was okay.

I chose this hotel because it was ranked second in Jiaxing on Ctrip, advertised as a local boutique hotel. However, the room had a musty smell and the facilities were run-down. Calling it a 5-star is a complete lie; even the staff admitted they aren't officially rated. Don't be fooled by the lobby; anyone who stays here will regret it.

Fantastic! The hotel is right inside the ancient town. In fact, the hotel *is* the ancient town, with its white walls and black-tiled folk houses serving as the guest rooms. The small bridges and flowing water are the hotel's garden. You can quietly experience the poetic charm of a Jiangnan water town here.

Stayed here for G.E.M.'s concert. The venue's shuttle bus conveniently dropped us off right at the hotel entrance. You can access the Yuehe Scenic Area directly from the hotel by swiping your room card. It's a great spot to enjoy a few drinks and some live performances at night.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious. The service attitude was excellent 👌🏻👍🏻 – they were very responsive and always put the customer first. The location is superb, very close to the scenic area 👏🏻👍🏻 and convenient for shopping 🛍️.
