1. The room had a strong smell from the decoration. 2. The bed sheets were dirty. 3. There were two doors in the room, one of which had a broken lock that was not repaired until we checked in, and the other had no door handle. 4. There was no white porridge for supper at 9:40, and the afternoon tea was just a biscuit and mung bean soup per person.

The hotel is very considerate, with children's gift packs, dental floss sticks in the toothbrush, afternoon tea and supper, and free drinking water in the stairwell. It can be said that they are operating very attentively, and I wish the boss better business.

The hotel lobby is not very big, but the room facilities are very complete. The location is also very good. It is very quiet at night. The surrounding facilities are also complete. The service attitude is very good. It is also equipped with floor heating. There is also a warm gift package when checking in. The price is also very affordable. Overall, it is still very good

The room is nice. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are good. The items are complete. There is free porridge as a midnight snack in the evening. You just have to go early. The service is also very friendly. You can order takeout directly to the room

The hotel environment is very good, the service of the lady at the front desk is very good, the hotel's buffet breakfast is good, and travel is very convenient!

Every time I go to Jiaxing on business, I stay at Oceania Holiday Hotel. I feel at home, the service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy. The breakfast variety is quite rich.

Facilities: Very complete, with everything a 4-star hotel should have. The room decoration tends to be European, and the bathroom is relatively large.
Sanitation: Clean and tidy
Environment: Relatively quiet
Service: Warm and thoughtful,
This hotel is a little far from the Nanhu Scenic Area and Yuehe Scenic Area, but the environment is quieter. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and there is a bus opposite. What is impressive is that the hotel's service is very detail-oriented. When entering the store, the washing utensils are individually packed in exquisite small bags, and when leaving the store, guests are given small gifts. The dining room for the buffet breakfast is relatively large, and the environment is often used for weddings. There are tea and snacks in the afternoon and supper in the evening. If there is a swimming pool, and some facilities are renovated, it will be qualified to upgrade to a five-star hotel.

Facilities: The toilet is very smart. It's a European-style hotel for business trips. The style is a little bit period. There is one window that can't be locked, but the overall hardware is very good.
Environment: The sound insulation is great, and the stay is quiet and comfortable. During the few days I stayed, most of the people I met in the elevator were people on business trips and families visiting for tourism.
Hygiene: The floor is carpeted and the quilt has a few small marks, but overall it is clean.
Service: Auntie comes every day to clean and add mineral water and biscuits on the cabinet.
You need to pay a deposit to check in and it will be refunded after the room inspection, because there are many consumer goods in the room.
It's a bit of a heavy atmosphere if you live alone, but overall it's very comfortable and safe!
