The property resembles more of a resort than a four-star hotel. Rooms are located in buildings across the street, about 100 meters from the restaurant, pools, and beach. Everything is perfect in Riva The waiters are so friendly I haven't been in the rooms yet but I see that they look extra comfy The food is delicious but huge and very expensive I mean all of the prices went up because croatia is now a part of the EU I love it how the hotel and restaurant is right next to the beach 100% recommend to go here

Only ate here but food was fantastic..came back the second night as was so good..great pizza and whole mackeral..also had the whole calamari which was a great portion ...staff friendly and beautiful location..first night we were also lucky to have a local band playing as we ate!!!

Best place for food, sleep and very good and friendly owners! Recommend for all nationalities, feels like the place the domestics choose for vacation.

For its category and location, Hotel deserves good reviews. Not only for that of course. People are the ones who make some places and times remembered. :) But talking of the fresh and good prepared food, they deserve 6stars ❤

Second time staying here on vacation and have no regrets! The hostess is very nice and friendly, as are the staff. Hopefully we will come back here at least one more time.

Pension is no longer called Guesthouse Pension 31 but Kod Irene. For the money is absolutely fine. The room is nice, clean, we have a great balcony overlooking the sea. The beach is literally a few steps away, which is probably the biggest advantage of this accommodation. Breakfast could really be more varied, but with dinner we are completely satisfied. The house is 50 meters from the beach and restaurant. The rooms are neat and well equipped. The hosts are available for everything.

Brist is a beautiful place, the beaches are beautiful. The location of the accommodation is very good, 2 min. from the beach, quiet, the price is a bit high, for a room for two people.

Our holiday in this villa was fantastic. Beautiful location. Amazing staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfasts. 11/10

Excellent location overlooking the sea. The rooms have everything you need for a stay, such as air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, TV, wifi, bathroom, balcony. Around the accommodation there are shops, bakery, market, inns, church, playgrounds for children, plaza within 100m.

Great accommodation, the owners are wonderful. The beach is 3 minutes away, the rooms are clean and tidy, the food is great. Great place to relax ❤️

In the center of the village Brist in a perfect position to take a few steps and you are on the beach or on the promenade to take walks. Clean and tidy rooms with availability and courtesy of the owner, nothing is missing, quiet and peaceful in a characteristic Dalmatian village.
