Lovely hotel set in pine forest. Easy to get to quick taxi from airport. Nice rooms if a little small. Good facilities and lovely Espa toiletries. Little stroll down to a rocky beach in a cove. Lots of good walks either a bit rocky on coastline or a great path around the area. Nice food. Pleasant staff. Bus stop easy walk to and has access to many routes only 10-15 mins bus to Pula centre with charming...

There is nothing that you don’t like about this property. This hotel is very well managed with professionals, friendly, and guest oriented people and of course, a lot of choice what to do for everybody.

Great pool and location near the sea. Great beds in the park. Breakfast was delicious and very rich assortment. Parking infront off the hotel. Super place for sightseeing Rovinj and Pula.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. However, it’s a shame that there are no à la carte dishes and snacks to eat… only a buffet at €32 per person without drinks! The view is beautiful.

A hotel with a super good location and full sea view. The rooms are large and clean, with plenty of hot water. The hotel has its own beach and seaside green space. The price of the hotel restaurant is moderate. You can watch the sunset while eating Mediterranean-style meals, and the tips of red wine will make you fall asleep.

Staff were kind and helpful when needed. Having a breakfast option was a nice way to start the day.

Basic hotel but great location for exploring Pula. Have car parking space too. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Was fine for a one night stay as only had less than 24hrs there.

A huge disappointment The pictures do not depict the actual hotel. The pictures look much nicer. We made reservations many months prior for two rooms with king beds, their description. My sister's room was great with a wonderful queen or king size comfortable bed and a bathroom that was huge. Our room on the other hand had a double size bed that rolled into the center and a bathroom that you could...

We stayed here for one night. It is a small hotel but it’s lovely. Very central with great staff who were very helpful. We left our luggage whilst we explored like lots of other people! The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The bed was very comfortable, the room cool and quiet. Thoroughly recommend it. Taxis too and from airport were very expensive, I think we were ripped off! Catch bus...

Central hotel, a little dated but equipped with everything you need

A very nice hotel with lovely and helpful staff! easy parking across the street (free on Sundays and bank holidays) Breakfast was basic Continental but good! Windows could be an issue because of the noise at night, due to it being near a main road and the people heading to the amphitheatre that you can see out of the bedroom windows! but doesn’t take away from the hotel it’s self Good all rounder...

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and very friendly. Packed us a breakfast for our early morning ferry. Only big issue was how hot our room was. Couldn’t get AC to cool and our third floor room had no windows, just a skylight.

Small hotel in the center of the city. Parking place is also small but pretty convinient. The room is also small and non renovated. Air conditioner is awesome. The staff was very friendly. We really were happily surprised when we have taken their vegan dishes in the dinner: tasty, big dishes. But the breakfast wasn't for vegan at all.

Quite far away from Centre. Room clean, bed comfortable. Had Balcony, which was nice. Note: Plug-Ins in Bathroom are so high up that i had to climb on toilett to reach them ! Very unsafe ! Carpet on stairs is loose and catches your shoe... also very unsafe ! Breakfast Buffet was just ... ok. Hotel really needs updated. In summary - stay was ok, but wouldnt go back.

We arrived late in the day to 24 hr check in. Free parking in the lot, which had space for our vehicle. Rooms were average and had the amenities most people use. Shower head positioned sideways so hard to change angle for tall people. Bed had wooden bar in between mattresses (and had cookie crumbs from other guests). Small patio with view of volleyball court. Quiet hotel.

Great location, food and service. Staff excelent and friendly. Rooms are clean, but an old era hotel at the top of a hill between pine tree forest....

Both the long-distance bus platform and a historic spot were near and were comfortable.

Good location. Room very basic but suited my needs for a brief stay. Breakfast was nice.

Convenient boutique hotel close to the ferry and within easy walking distance of most attractions. The owner waited for us when our ferry was delayed by more than an hour. Breakfast was a bit minimal but sufficient. The property was a bit in need of some updating but was clean and quiet.

Was older hotel but was very convenient

Close to all of Pula The hotel is located up a short stone staircase. The staff is courteous and helpful. Although there is no elevator, the gentleman at the desk carried all of our luggage up stairs. The building is on the historic district and close to all of Pula attractions.

Good ,quiet older hotel .Excellent air conditioning. Central location 5 minutes walk from Arena and downtown. Near road but double glazed windows keep noise out. Small rooms , high ceilings, small basic bathroom.. Modest breakfast included. Helpful front desk. No elevator but host carried bags upstairs. Would stay again

My expectation has been exceeded.. Its a great pick for someone looking for value..I highly recomend, for families.

Clean nice apartment. Two bedrooms. Terrace with city view and barbecue.
