Great location, food and service. Staff excelent and friendly. Rooms are clean, but an old era hotel at the top of a hill between pine tree forest....
Very good service, rooms, and Breakfast. What more do you want out of a Hotel?
Very nice place, not from the sea.
Very decent place in its class.
The rooms weren't cleaned so good. The bathroom was without a key and when asked for it we never got it. They don't hear up the rooms so it's really could durning the winter. The food is basic nothing special
Note: Plug-Ins in Bathroom are so high up that i had to climb on toilett to reach them ! Very unsafe !
Carpet on stairs is loose and catches your shoe. also very unsafe !
Breakfast Buffet was just

While not the cheapest place you certainly get what you pay for. We stayed in the new apartment block. Clean and spacious with the services of the hotel on your doorstep. A short walk brings you into a charming village
First visit to Croatia,Hotel is in quite a rural area although after getting our bearings discovered a good bus service. Room was small but clean and plenty of storage. Loved the decor around the hotel
Most of staff were very helpful and friendly. would definetly benefit from hiring a car as no entertainment at night. Breakfast very basic, but lots of choice. Dinner food good quality and lots of different things to try
Bar and restaurant staff happy to engage in conversation and advise on local foods and wine. Rooms clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony with olive trees. Able to have a glass of wine pre and post dinner
The place and the service were absolutely fine. The location was good, not far from the sea. Croatia is a beautiful country, many interesting places worth seeing. We are very pleased with our stay
We had the succulent well seasoned chicken with roast potatoes and sour cream dressing and the boys had pizza. It was worth straying from the cycle route

Facilities: large swimming pool but not heated and water was cold, very good gym (open 9am till 8pm same as swimming pool), several restaurants and bars, good size but overpriced supermarket, nice marina, tennis court, table tennis, football and volleyball areas
Mostly Germans, Austrians and Eastern Europeans. At no point we felt any concerns. You can see guys in yellow shirts patrolling on bikes occasionally, but you are not feeling secretly monitored like in some other resorts
Same goes for the rule of not reserving beach chairs - many are reserved with towels throughout the day. Outside of beach and pools, most textile since it is mandatory for entering shops, reception, restaurants, etc
Some areas are very crowded but there are also some nice isolated areas for just one or two beach chairs in a rocky beach. The area between Grill Snack and Spaccio restaurants was popular with elderly
Demographics: vast majority of age between 55 and 70+. Very few are younger (children excluding). Convenient for parents with young children with a lot of facilities and entertainment for youngsters
Beach: very beautiful long stretch coastal beach with gravels (no sand) - bring beach shoes with you to swim! Super clean! Plenty of free lounges and beach umbrellas, even though half are reserved

Standard rooms are below the level of the walkway so you only have a sea view when standing up but it was nice to have chairs out on our own section of terrace even if not private, given people can look down on you from outside! If you want more privacy, ie a room with a balcony on a higher floor, then you need to choose a more expensive room category
If you prefer small hotels then the Adoral is for you - there are some huge hotel complexes locally which seemed popular with families but they aren't our thing, so we were pleased with our choice! Rabac is a busy small resort but is surprisingly scenic, set at the end of a valley below Labin, and there's a nice harbour area just around the corner from the hotel with some bars and more restaurants
This hotel has a great location on the pedestrian promenade of Rabac, with numbered parking spaces allocated to guests on the road behind which is great (you're given a key for a padlocked space on arrival, if you advise them in advance that you will have a car)
There is however a wardrobe complete with minibar fridge and kettle and supplies for hot drinks, plus a safe. A complimentary bottle of water was provided in the room on our 1st day but not replaced on our second day
The terrace gets the sun most of the day so is very hot, with the glass screen by the walkway keeping any breeze away. There were no proper chairs inside our standard room, just one stool by the desk/mirror table
stands for its name 'boutique' property. More of high end apartment with less than 15 rooms than a typical hotel? by the Water. Beach is couple of mins walk as property is against rocky part of the wall
