Nice and relaxing place , rooms are very nice too.

POSITIVE: The owner tried to find solutions to an unpleasant situation. The breakfast was ok.
NEGATIVE: The non-negotiable check-in is only possible from 2 p.m. We arrived shortly after 2 p.m. and learned that the previous tenant had not yet vacated the room and that the room was therefore not ready for occupancy. An alternative room was offered, the outer walls of which were made of glass, so it was unacceptable. Only at the insistence of the owner tried to ensure that the room we had booked and paid for was vacated and vacated. The room itself showed some damage, was extremely small as a studio and completely unclean. It was not cleaned appropriately during our entire stay and there was not a single change of towels and bed linen in the whole week. All in all a terrible experience and we will definitely never book this room again and advise others against booking, there are numerous, certainly better equipped apartments in the area.
The staff was also barely able to say hello. When the orange juice ran out at breakfast and I politely asked for one, this request was responded to with an aggressive "MOMENT". It's a shame, because these experiences have already clouded our vacation.
