The staff was polite and helpful, the cleanliness was fine. Parking is easy in the huge free car park. Enjoyable all inclusive, although there could be more local drinks

My family of 5 enjoyed the resort. My kids loved the pool and the buffet. The air-conditioned could be better. The elevator was broken after 4 days out of our 6 days stay. That made a little harder with a baby stroller.

Our family coming to Valamar Tamaris /Casa Palma every summer for a week over last 6 years. We have never regretted choosing this place. Our children rated its kids club as one of the best.

Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience

Large hotel with good apartments. Large nice pool right by the sea. If you want a sunbed you need to queue at 8. Tried 2 of the restaurants and neither of them were anything special

It was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place. Location : Perfect location. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby

Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers. Just book! Do not think twice

All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available. Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them

Invincible hotel, invincible sea view, the room is also very large, the beach is rocky, but the water is very good. The only drawback is that there is nothing to eat near the hotel

We are a family of two adults and one child aged 4. We spent 7 nights at Istra Island Hotel this July via TUI. Location Location is absolutely beautiful, scenic wherever you are on the islands

I read reviews about restaurant my tip is get a wine find a seat then choose from either the pasta fish or meat bar. After dinner we would go for drinks and wander in mainland on the ferry included on your stay

There are two small islands that you can walk between, one with the hotel and pools and the other with an additional restaurant. Not only are there gorgeous sea views and swimming on both but peaceful pine woodland

We have had an amazing holiday. Sadly we have moved from island to another hotel for the night due to storms and early flight tomorrow. The grounds are fantastic to walk around. Plenty of sun-beds and bean bags

There are additional water activities you can pay for. There was an animation programme, but I only really noticed aqua aerobics and drone flying lessons. There is a kids club for 4+ yrs where you can leave your kids

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and view from seaside room is beatiful. The food is great, there is a lot of options to choose for every meal. Also soft drinks are from machine and not so good

People are "reservating" sunbeds near the pool and they are not using them, so there isn't enough free sunbeds for people who would like to use sunbeds

Three swimming pools are doing the job! I had a great time there, quite reach all inclusive option, breakfast was good, dinner and lunch also, all made as a buffet

The restaurant and bar is a great story or with other words, you won't be hungry or thirsty for all day

Also the daily animation is their weak point, where it is planed to have a pool animation but it's skipped or no one from animation team appears. The evening program is also not directly for the kids

The hotel is clean but you can find maybe here and there a spyder web so don't expect sterile surrounding. The staff is highly motivated and nice, we didn't find any "long faces" along the staff

The food is excellent, but all drinks at dinner are extra, even non-alcoholic ones, which is rather odd for a room priced over 300 euros per night

Rooms are great. Lots of space, nicely decorated. I'll give it 3 stars because of restaurant. It's small, crowded, and there are no trays, which is a cruel joke I guess?

The staff at the reception is nice, the staff at the restaurant is ok, the old guy was unpleasant. The indoor pool is small, crowded even tho its covid, unpleasant in general. Wouldn't recommend this hotel

Very smart kids zone (divided into age groups) they can't leave unless you pick them up, they call you when they want to leave. There is a game room (Playstation etc), theatre, gym, even the walls are games

We had a very nice room with a view of the park and the bay. The breakfast had a huge selection, everything you could wish for. However, I find the price of the Aperol Spritz in the bar at €11

50, which comes with a lot of ice, very overpriced. The receptionist drove our car to the parking lot, which was great service. We'll definitely spend our short break there again!

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the town of Rovinj, and very close is a very beautiful park, the very same territory of the hotel is all just immersed in greenery, pleasing to the eye

Everything about this place is rock solid! Large and comfortable rooms, walk-in shower, excellent and diverse food (my favourite tartuffi pasta-Istria must have!), heated indoor pool and nice wellness, kind personell

Within a 40-minute walk there are local home-grown restaurants, in Croatian they are called Konoba - family restaurants, delicious local cuisine and the prices are not expensive when compared to restaurant prices in Germany

The hotel is located in the region so-called Blue Lagoon, basically in front of the sea, surrounded by pine trees. Very decent and professional staff is responsible for the high level of service in the hotel

I would like to start by saying that a family holiday here is always recommended but compared to last year we found it to have dropped: first of all the buffet, which was the strong point illustrated in my previous five-star review, was no longer as inviting as the previous time

I consider Grand park home away from home, every one from reception, concierge, all the F&B outlets staff, pool attendants and all the spa staff knows us and constantly treat us with love and professionalism making our stay joyful and memorable

However the highlight of my stay has been always the SPA in particular Sandra who evertime manages to make me feel like a new born baby🫶🌺 she is not only professional and Knowles but also her kindness and beautiful smile even from behind her mask makes my treatment special

Wine Vault Restaurant at Hotel Monte Mulini is personification of fine dining. Food is exceptional especially risotto and for desert home made sorbet and ice creams are par none.

Excellent location, excellent conditions, excellent beach, level of cleanliness, impeccable service, prices are much higher for the average citizen, because for 6 days only for sun loungers on your beach you need to set between 450-900e, but all this justifies the quality service and excellent nature, the water is warm even now in June

We didn't mind the parking arrangements as we barely used the car for most of our stay. It was nice not having to worry about the availability and security of parking

They booked the Spinnaker restaurant for us, which was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices, with vegan and gluten free options and with a chef preparing eggs all styles on request

The hotel is absolutely perfect, especially for couples. The rooms are great, good size, comfortable beds and air con. The breakfast buffet and the brunch buffet are an absolute dream, it offers anything you can ask for

Staff members are always friendly and helpful. And it’s really really nice that you can use the Isabella Island as well, super handy and easy with the included boat service. Definitely would recommend 10/10

The hotel structure is always well kept clean, ventilated and sanitized. All the staff are accommodating, kind and thoughtful. Personally, I would not host pets in this type of facility

The way they play and work with the kids is on another level compare to anywhere else. There is an option of having a nanny service, as well. We are so grateful to Maja who took care of our two sons
