Beautiful location very close to the shore 3 swimming pools great buffet at breakfast and dinner helpful and friendly staff at the reception exceptional aqua jogging instructor friendly waiters at beach bar / restaurant - grumpiness of the male restaurant staff - at times very bad smell of sewage in the inside pool

Beautiful setting with lovely pools and area by the sea. Short 10 minute walk to local bars, restaurants and marina with stunning views. Food at breakfast could be more varied ; especially fruit which often ran out

Very good price / quality ratio! Great pool area, great spa and fitness area and very comfortable terrace with a view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is exceptionally good. We would come back anytime.

The hotel is getting old and in need of renovation. The pool areas weren't filled with chlorinated water as usual, but with salt water and the outdoor showers were turned off ("economy measures")

Breakfast and food were ok; Unfortunately you can only sit on the upper terrace during breakfast or dinner, but that should be changed for a hotel with a sea view (so that you can sit outside nice and comfortably even when staying in the lobby or bar);

At first there were difficulties with our booking, but the employees in the hotel tried to make the time until clarification as comfortable and stress-free as possible

Nice clean place with 3 decent sized pools with plenty of seating. We stayed in a sea view room with a sofa bed and there was more than enough space for us

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and view from seaside room is beatiful. The food is great, there is a lot of options to choose for every meal. Also soft drinks are from machine and not so good

People are "reservating" sunbeds near the pool and they are not using them, so there isn't enough free sunbeds for people who would like to use sunbeds

The surrounding corresponds with Istrian culture - this means that the beach (the blue lagoon) that is about 200m from hotel is kept clean but the beach is stone with some places concrete made

but when people are sellfish, there Is place for rules. again barricaded entrance to pool fór children. And again, from Russia speaking clients

It Is really not good, when your children cannot entrance pool by stairs, because they Are annected by Russians

Large hotel with good apartments. Large nice pool right by the sea. If you want a sunbed you need to queue at 8. Tried 2 of the restaurants and neither of them were anything special

Recommend going into Pula in the evenings for better food. Good kids club and crystal clear water in the sea. Ok supermarket in the area that has what you need. Cleaning of the apartment is non-existent during the week

Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers. Just book! Do not think twice

Invincible hotel, invincible sea view, the room is also very large, the beach is rocky, but the water is very good. The only drawback is that there is nothing to eat near the hotel

It was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place. Location : Perfect location. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby

All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available. Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them

There are two small islands that you can walk between, one with the hotel and pools and the other with an additional restaurant. Not only are there gorgeous sea views and swimming on both but peaceful pine woodland

I believe that TUI had arranged alternative accommodation on the mainland in case we could not travel over. Amenities and entertainment There are a few pools outdoors and an indoor pool and jacuzzi

All were well maintained and there was plenty of space and loungers. There are no lifeguards on duty. You can access the beach/sea at various points around both islands

There are additional water activities you can pay for. There was an animation programme, but I only really noticed aqua aerobics and drone flying lessons. There is a kids club for 4+ yrs where you can leave your kids

There was no TV remote so we had to ask for that too. It was hit and miss with bed making and I actually cleaned the floor twice myself. We usually leave a tip at the end but didn’t this time

It was running 10-3pm during our stay but I think the hours vary depending on the amount of people staying. My daughter stayed at the kids club one morning on her own, she had no complaints

We were very happy at eden, as always with maistra. Very nice touch was a bottle of champagne waiting in our room for my birthday...very nice :) Thanks again and see you soon

The staff at the reception is nice, the staff at the restaurant is ok, the old guy was unpleasant. The indoor pool is small, crowded even tho its covid, unpleasant in general. Wouldn't recommend this hotel

First of i want to say that the exterior of the hotel is poor, ragged and old, really ugly. The parking is far away and ugly. The rooms are clean and nice,pretty big

We stayed at the Valamar Tamaris Resort all-inclusive hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maro Club was a great place for the kids and to earn some points and get some presents. Gabrijel, Ivona and Patricija

My family of 5 enjoyed the resort. My kids loved the pool and the buffet. The air-conditioned could be better. The elevator was broken after 4 days out of our 6 days stay. That made a little harder with a baby stroller.

Our family coming to Valamar Tamaris /Casa Palma every summer for a week over last 6 years. We have never regretted choosing this place. Our children rated its kids club as one of the best.

The staff was polite and helpful, the cleanliness was fine. Parking is easy in the huge free car park. Enjoyable all inclusive, although there could be more local drinks

People complain about no sun beds but I’m writing this pool side in 30 degree heat and there are plenty of free beds if you get out of bed before 10! Staff at front desk are as friendly as any I’ve met and if you actually take time to engage with some of the others it’s the same

Well-kept structure, in a wonderful setting! Sea in front, a wonderful pine forest with a walkable path that leads to Umag, with a train available, which passes by marinas, villas, other resorts

Beach: convenient, a stone's throw away, clear sea and pebble-free areas, with sand. Cemented area with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. You just have to rush to grab them. There needs to be more control from the workers

Hotel offers private parking which was great, location is right on the beach of Stella Maris and close to everything. Rooms were quite basic, but clean, nice balcony with a beautiful sea view

We had a very nice room with a view of the park and the bay. The breakfast had a huge selection, everything you could wish for. However, I find the price of the Aperol Spritz in the bar at €11

Nice hotel, spacious room, has its own beach (which is very rare). It is located near a huge park, so you can still take a walk there. Near the beautiful town of Rovinj, you can walk along the promenade

Good hotel, great location with its own park and beach. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. Only the breakfast room gets a bit busy in the morning. Overall, highly recommended!

The room was clean, but a bit worn. The loungers on the beach are old and some of them are worn out. They could be repaired or replaced. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired

Magnificent. They take care of the hotel off the season by repairing, renovating and implementing new stuff which shows me that they take good care of it.

Everything about this place is rock solid! Large and comfortable rooms, walk-in shower, excellent and diverse food (my favourite tartuffi pasta-Istria must have!), heated indoor pool and nice wellness, kind personell

Perhaps this is my favorite hotel - moderately large, fairly new, quite modern, but most importantly - amazingly located: it occupies the entire small peninsula in Plavi Laguna (7 km from Porec)

Very beautiful and green area, sunbeds are free, the beach is rocky, in some places there are pebbles, for easy access with children. The rooms are large, it is very convenient that there are 2 wardrobes and a mini sofa

However the highlight of my stay has been always the SPA in particular Sandra who evertime manages to make me feel like a new born baby🫶🌺 she is not only professional and Knowles but also her kindness and beautiful smile even from behind her mask makes my treatment special

Lucija, a waitress at the poolside, deserves special mention as she was always extremely helpful and sunny as the weather! We will definitely be back

The hotel is located opposite the ancient city, and the scenery is definitely unmatched by other hotels. However, the interior decoration is not worthy of the room rate of about 4,500

The hotel is in a good location. You can see the bell tower of the port from the hotel. In short, the scenery is endless. The room facilities are new and complete, the price is more expensive but worth the experience

I liked the beach extra with boat, towel and loungers. The rose for my mums birthday was nice! A comfortable smoking area would be nice

We didn't mind the parking arrangements as we barely used the car for most of our stay. It was nice not having to worry about the availability and security of parking

They booked the Spinnaker restaurant for us, which was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices, with vegan and gluten free options and with a chef preparing eggs all styles on request

Antun (I hope I remember the name correctly!) from the restaurant. Breakfast and brunch were plentiful with lots of choice. I really enjoyed the free boat ride to St. Nicholas Island and the beaches there

The hotel is absolutely perfect, especially for couples. The rooms are great, good size, comfortable beds and air con. The breakfast buffet and the brunch buffet are an absolute dream, it offers anything you can ask for

The pool area is very busy with long waiting lines. A nice ferry from the beach to Rovinj and back

Unforgettable walks from the Amarin Hotel along the coast, to Rovinj and back. Vacation time - the second half of September. Swimming in the sea is tense - you can, but you will freeze

Not a single dull moment for them, playgrounds and pools inside and out, activities all day for every age group from 10 to 21h

The room had a few issues with light switches, the AC has a range no lower than 23°C, which resulted in a bit high temperatures. Our room had a really nice balcony view of the sea, but this doesn't apply for most rooms.

Nice park, a lot of trees which give necessary shade. For disabled people sometimes difficult to get to some parts of the resort. Resort has many activities, pools or rentals. Service is really good and personal

Have in mind that it's quite a walk to the more inner apartments and it's an upward walk, so try to get something closer to the sea if possible. Because on hot summer it is a pain to do those walks all the time

Quite nice, wonderful views but the pool is not fresh water, but pumped up from the sea (and was significantly colder than the sea), the resort's facilities were a little dated and in some cases in a poor state of repair

The hotel is not actually a resort as the name suggests. However, the apartment is quite clean and the view to the sea is splendid. You have plenty of beaches at walking distance and a big swimming pool to chill

The apartments are huge and immaculately clean and the pool area is stunning with the views out to sea. Yes the apartments from the outside look very tired and could do with a freshen up but please don't be put off

For the location and view top marks. Apartment was clean but the bathroom should be renovated.

Some cons: during the night, the illumination is very weak and it gets dangerous for children or elders. Also the supply of soap, toilette paper and towel exchange is limited

Very lovely rooms with great room service. The included meals are of very high quality and quantity. The swimming pool is very fun and handy as is the beach-side view

You could feel the atmosfere of socializm, the rooms were dated as well as the lobby and the restaurant. The location of the hotel is good, near the beach and about an 1 km from the city center

Visited last week in June temperature touching 90f , lovely hotel 1st class food and all staff very friendly and helpful, the only down side the hotel quite old so no air conditioning in the rooms,that said I would definitely stay here again,Doris and Majita who work inn the restaurant were both friendly, polite and very helpful

It is somewhat confusing on where to park. There are two parking lots, you park your vehicle and then bring your luggage in. Then you get a parking pass for the dashboard of your car
