Cruel old owner lady ruined our holiday with her behaviour. She acts like the beach in front of the villa is their own. Legal fact: it is not, only the sunbeds are theirs. As this is the only beach that has a ladder to enter the water, my close to 80 year old parents used this entrance last year, and we paid 20 euros for two sunbeds. This year the owner hasn't only changes her mind about renting out her sunbeds on an extreme high price, but she totally lost her sanity. She came down to the beach and started shouting at my parents to leave the beach,even though we wanted to pay for sunbeds only for using the beach that is not even their. As mentioned, my parents are old and there are no other options for them to enter the sea,so for the last two days of their holiday, they couldn't enter the sea. Next time i see this lady, I will call the police on her. DO NOT RECOMMEND her place for anyone

We used their sunbeds and umbrellas for few days (50 kunas / day / person) on concrete beach. It was perfect. But they have mess in recognizing who already paid and who not. One old woman woke us when we were sleeping on sunbeds. Clearly they have mess in their system because they dont have any system in renting sunbeds and umbrellas. We already paid younger woman in the morning a she gave us nametags on ours sunbeds. It was not enought for her ...

The experience here was pretty much perfect. Ivana's responses leading up to our visit were prompt and complete. She continued to be great once we got there with a walk through of the space and what turned out to be an excellent restaurant recommendation just down the street.
The space was every bit as nice as what appeared in the listing. Everything worked (AC, wifi, etc.) and was in great condition. If it's available for your trip, book it. You won't be disappointed.

Nice hotel room for the guests. Near the beach whit few slides, trampolins and places to play tennis, football and other sports.
