From beginning to end everything was perfect. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist, our bags were taken discreetly and deposited in the room. Return visit My fifth stay at this hotel and it is a very enjoyable experience. Although the food is in buffet form the standard is very high. The outside dining terrace has splendid views. The new wing adds a third swimming pool which is indoor and outdoor. All pools are heated. The main language used in the hotel is German.

I recommend with breakfast. The view is beautiful. If you are comming from germany, this will be your hotel :)

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel, it is mostly occupied by german speaking clientele hence the staff speaks mostly german. Most of the staff was pretty friendly. The view from the hotel is amazing, the pool is nice as well, and the dinner buffet was spectacular. The rooms are on the smaller side but everything was clean and well kept. Repeated visitor, but left earlier this year due to a car parking issue. No one available to park the car and bring it back daily from a distant parking location. This service was available in the previous years. Also, outside restaurant has changed the menu with poor choice

Everything is fine so far, but the service staff at breakfast, for example, are not very attentive! Empty plates etc. are left on the table, even though the staff walk past the table empty up to 4 times!

If you want a very local-feeling hotel, this fits the bill. Beach area is concrete w/lounge chairs. Check-in person was very gracious but evening person was the opposite. We needed extra towels because shower had created wet mess in bathroom — told that would cost extra. (The manager did finally approve replacement dry towels). Nice hotel for a short vacation from autumn to spring. It is open whole year, but in summer it is too crowded and there is too little of nice beaches. Rooms are fine, food is OK, staff is very helpful and friendy (made extra effort to fill guests wishes). There is also a room service, wellness and spa with massage, gym available. All together, nice stay, not too expensive!

Great location and great rooms. The staff is very nice and helpfull!. Food was ok, different choices (fish, vegetarian, meat,...). The gym was ok, little bit hot and not fully top but ok... Room was very clean and the cleaning staff did a fabulous job of tidying up after me and my husband. Beautifully situated right on the beach and a short walk down the beach strand to many restaurants.

The location of the hotel is very central, opposite the beach and within walking distance there are a lot if restaurants and bars. Hotel has a nice pool with poolbar and offers a good breakfast in the morning. Spa and sauna are included for hotel guests, which is great. Only downside is parking space. This is a very nice hotel that my daughter and I stayed in during our trip to Europe. We got to the hotel late and there wasn't a lot of parking available so the staff moved some cones and let me park next to the hotel from door. Pure excellence! The best way for self spoilment.

Overall, nice place to stay. Hotel and room were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Was not able to adjust the thermostat and the room was too warm for our liking. One of the TVs did not work (luckily, there were two others).
