Repeated visitor, but left earlier this year due to a car parking issue. No one available to park the car and bring it back daily from a distant parking location. This service was available in the previous years. Also, outside restaurant has changed the menu with poor choice

Everything is fine so far, but the service staff at breakfast, for example, are not very attentive! Empty plates etc. are left on the table, even though the staff walk past the table empty up to 4 times!

Location is convenient as it is right by the water with lots of beautiful beaches within walking distance. Restaurant service was friendly, efficient and food was fine with good menu choice. Food is excellent; buffet breakfast with all you need to start your day. Awesome staff; very professional and communicate clearly. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with a very beautiful view (5th floor).

The Hotel Crikvenica (4 stars!) is located in the pedestrian zone in a central location. It looks modern and has been renovated. The breakfast buffet was positive, which was quite good for Croatia. The negative was the lack of room cleaning and cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. The toilet was dirty with hair and other residues, the bathroom looked sloppy. I complained to reception - the only response was "there is no chambermaid there anymore - I'll make a note of it". The following day, no apology of any kind. The corridors also look dirty in places. But the even worse problem is the noise. A nightclub or disco plays loud music until the early hours. The pass blares despite the windows being closed and sleeping is impossible. Parking is only possible outside.

Everyone was very nice. Great property. Great location. Lots of options walking out the door. Dog beach a short walk away. Good time.
